I’m about to start IVF and as a total skincare addict looked at my beauty cabinet and it’s banned chemicals with a sad face! After some searching Caudalie came up as having the most transparent approach to ingredients (they’ve got 0% of x,y,z literally on the bottle) while also having a super range that I’m used to. I’ve tried several product now and wow, I am blown away with the scents, quality and performance. I think I’ll end up being a loyal and lifelong customer!

I absolutely love Caudalie skincare products. They sent me hundreds of dollars in products for my before and after photos of my amazing results! I ordered a particular product that did not work for skin, and they sent out a different product to replace it. I've ordered so many of these products already and the points and rewards are great! Customer is a little slow but they always respond. I'm a lifer with these guys!🍇🍇🍇

I am OBSESSED with caudalie!! It has worked wonders on my skin. I tried the vinopure set and it left my skin glowing and most blemishes are gone. I am now trying the Vinoperfect set and am very excited to tru it. Delivery was also super fast!!

I give 1 star because they have delisted their most perfect product (Vineactiv eye and the new one is a low quality, non-moisturizing, eye burning supermarket-level product which is over-expensive) . Shame on you Caudalie!

The Vinopure product range works brilliantly on my sensitive, blemish prone hormonal skin. Love the facial wash and serum.

In addition, the products arrive quickly in the post and I get good samples and loyalty points. Absolutely recommend.

I received a sample of the hydrate face cream. I found it to be the best one I've used since I've been in the UK. It's so light and absorbs so quickly without leaving your skin feeling clammy. Especially in summer, and I'm a chef so work in hot kitchens all day. This my new go to moisturiser. Absolutely love ot

I instantly liked the sample I was sent of Vinosource Hydra grape water gel moisturiser. It’s exactly as it says light and nourishing for the skin. It smells good too

Fast delivery, great products. I have sensitive skin and I tried their moisturisers, serum, body and hand creams. So far everything I tried were great.

I have been using Caudalie's products for a long time now and am a big fan of the anti dark spots range.
I purchased on the .com website and was so happy about the speed of delivery and the free samples I got.

This company fails to help customers with their skin concerns. I was dissatisfied with the products I purchased and contacted them on the phone to seek help. The customer advisor was very quick to ignore my skin concern with their products and did not offer any helpful alternative other than advise to buying more full size products that may or may not suit my skin. The advisor suggested, in lockdown, to get in person samples that are only available in the UK from their beauty spa in Devon.
Like with other skin care companies, with Caudalie you cannot send products back if you have try them.

Just received my product, had no problems, arrived within 3 days, packaging is really cute can’t wait to try my new cream and free samples they send.

I have placed many orders for approx £100 each time. All of them arrived promptly, well packaged in a nice box.
The products are amazing. It has fixed the redness on my face and my psoriasis has cleared up.
I have only had one problem, an item was missing from my order. I rang them and they immediately sent a replacement.
My most recent order was in November, I bought some gifts for Christmas. They loyalty rewards are amazing. This time I got a free full size shower gel.
I have been to the shop in Bordeaux several times so it is nice to know where my products are coming from.
A little bit of luxury delivered to my door!

My order arrived on time. Everything was packaged well and I was very pleased with my free gift (after spending over £49) plus the 3 samples. There was plenty of communication from Caudalie on the dispatch and delivery status. Now I can’t wait to try the products out!

Rubbish products waste of money

Will never order direct from Caudalie again. They have taken the money twice from my bank. They have ignored 2 emails, hard to get through on the telephone. Finally got through and was asked to send copy of my bank statement which I am not happy to do. Bank investigating but due to lock down have been told this will take sometime. Sent Caudalie a screen shot of double charge and they have informed me it will take a few days to sort out. I do not hold out much hope of getting my money back, there are plenty of other outlets selling their products but to be honest Inam going to switch brands.

Avoid this website at all cost! The customer care services are non existent! I placed an order with Caudalie and never got it. I had to call and email both Caudalie and DHL to discover that my parcel has gone missing. All this inconvenience and lost time for a parcel that had been misplaced/stolen. I had to cancel my order and request a refund which I was told I will receive asap. Still waiting.
I communicated with two people at customer care services: Irina and Vanessa. Poor service from both, not even the basic training, Disappointing. Think twice before placing an order on line!

I would like to say few words about caudalie co uk, this is insane! I was asking for a sample in a store and was said that they have no samples at that point, the nearest point of sale from my place is 50 minutes.the customer service was extremely slow, unhelpful and when I said that I cannot come to their store and would like a small sample to be send to me sisnce I cannot drive and come myself I was send the same text with '' the nearest point of sale iss'' I am sick and tired of the companies wthat simple waint your money and more and more of it, but when you ask for a small favor then you should either pay or go away since they are not interested in helping you...very sad will not buy from them anything ever

Terrible customer service, not get any response at all but only the same automated email from them, I haven’t heard from them nor received my items for 3 weeks now!!! This must be fraud website , not recommend anyone! Got in touch with my bank already and open dispute against them.. Extremely annoyed!
