​I bought the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 about two weeks ago and it is absolutely amazing and cleans perfectly.
​What made me a super happy customer from every point of view was their customer service. Shortly after my purchase, the price dropped. I contacted them to request a refund for the price difference according to their "30-Day Price Match Promise" policy. To be honest, I was expecting them to make excuses or find a loophole, but they were incredibly professional! They approved and processed the refund within just one day without any hassle. They really keep their word. Highly recommended!

I was supposed to receive my order three days ago, but there has been no update or delivery. This is the second time I have tried to purchase the Roborock Saros 10, and unfortunately, I’ve had issues both times.
My first order was placed directly through the Roborock website. I never received the item, yet it was marked as delivered. This time, I ordered through Amazon, expecting a more reliable service, but I am now facing the same frustrating situation.
Payment has been taken from my account, but the product has still not been delivered. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
As someone who has been a loyal Roborock user for the past four years, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If this is how customers are treated, it is no surprise that the company risks losing loyal users.
Very disappointed.

The robot vacuum cleaner works very well, but when you buy from their official website, your parcel reaches Central London in 2 weeks. I've never seen such a disgraceful shipping system. I wish I had bought it from Amazon.

Ordered through Amazon but its sold directly from roborock. Arrived dirty, clearly used and damaged.

- Rollers are damaged
- the unit stinks
- theres dirt in the robot itself, in the tray, on the wheels, around and in the dust bin

This was for a new £799 device so who knows what will happen if you ever have to get a replacement due to an issue. It'll probably be the one I'm sending back (at my own cost because Amazon doesn't support picking it up when its sold by the third party)
