I am absolutely fuming with this half baked company.
I placed an order with Eufy just before the Prime Day sales ended, i was just about to buy Eufy Wired Cam C31 2 Pack with HomeBase Mini off Amazon, but before i purchased this i decided to go on the Eufy site to see if this kit was the same price on there, it wasnt (it was £20 more if i remember right), but it also had two EufyCam C35 cameras, so for me it was a no brainer.
I decided purely because of the small extra cost of this item between Prime Day sales and Eufy site, that Eufy was the best place to get this kit as with the small price difference i was also getting two more cameras.
With then being on the site i decided, you know what ill have a look at the door bell cameras while im here, check what sales they had on them. Once again they had a great sale on these also and in the end i opted for Eufy Video Doorbell S330 which came with a homebase because the doorbell was an add on and needed a homebase 2/3.
To say i was happy with my purchase was an under statement, i saved a load of money on these sales and it was better buying from Eufy than Amazon, but ohhhh boy how i was wrong.
The parcel came through on the 30th June in a grey plastic bag, i was all excited for our new tech that was about to replace half of our Ring cameras and a new doorbell to replace our current Ring doorbell, but to our surprise all the package contained was the Eufy Video Doorbell S330 (with homebase, which is a kit) and two C31 cameras, we were missing the HomeBase Mini and two EufyCam C35 cameras.
I thought this has to be a mistake and there is a second parcel to come yet, so i checked my email and it said all items were delivered. Even though i was concerned i pleasantly got in contact with their support, thinking surely there has to be a mistake, its either coming in another parcel or wasnt actually packed? Nope according to them they were all packed into the same parcel and sent to me.
I have gone back and forth (through emails) with this useless joke of a company over the last few days since about 5 minutes after these three items were delivered, including today and i am about to lose my f**king mind.
Initially i sent a photo of the items i received and told them what was missing, they then wanted me to confirm with some SKUs they sent me for the items i purchased and i had to email them back with the one that was missing (SKU: E811042A). After a few more emails back and forth on 30/06 they said.... 'Thank you for providing your address, Steven. I've successfully arranged for a replacement of the missing eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini to be sent to you', Thought brilliant, ok the back and forth was a bit of a pain in the a** but everything is all sorted now and we are going to get our missing items. Ohhhh boy oh boy was i wrong once again.
Today (02/07) ive just had another email from Eufy (whos customer support is actually the Anker brand) where they said....'We have checked your order and confirmed that the **eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini (SKU: E811042A)** was shipped together with the other items in a single package'.
You bloody what???
I thought ok let me pull up the Ring video doorbell camera footage for when it was delivered, they can literally see the package being delivered by the courier and see the size of our small grey parcel and easily see this parcel is considerably smaller because of these 3 missing items, you can literally see where the courier is holding the package with one hand by the larger doorbell/homebase box and a small area where the two C31 cameras are. The video is also showing the time and date of this delivery (which will match all information their end for when it was delivered), which shows a small parcel that cannot contain anymore items than the 3 i received.
In this last email they then wanted a bunch of photos of the barcodes, which i provided, my original photo sent had the items sat on top of the grey plastic bag these were sent in and in the further 5 emails i have sent (im now getting pissed off btw) i have included the video of this parcel being handed over to my wife and a photo of the 3 items in the configuration they were in the plastic bag.I have also challenged them to pack these 3 items i received on their end to prove the size of the parcel will match that of the video evidence i have of the delivery, it WILL MATCH 100%
And with now knowing Anker is a part of them, its even more of a kick in the teeth as i purchased two 145w and one 100w charger, six 200w cables and two 165w power banks on Prime day
Ive spent alot of money with Eufy and their other company Anker, feeling like a mug now.
I was recommend Eufy by family (wish i hadnt been) and i love Anker products, but i will NEVER buy either again, nor will i ever recommend them both.

I have a eufy cctv with a mind of its own the reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give no stars, so this tin pot company can Thant themselves Lucky, today & every day I have about 100 events go past my front door where I have a worthless Eufy CCTV camera that is totally useless, give this company a wide berth out of f those 100 events 27 have been recorded I have loads of space in the memory for 1000s to record,
I myself went out for a walk I looked & the camera as I went out the red light came on & went off I have a woman going past my door 6 times a day & when I look @ the recordings she is never there this junk camera will not record , I complained constantly to these cowboys out fit all I got was AI talking too me on every occasion ,if anyone is going to buy anything from them go on trust pilot & see the comments & complaints then you will change your mind and go elsewhere

I contacted Eufy to ask about their repair service only to discover they do not have one and they obviously will not replace the item because it’s just out of warranty. No one locally has a clue how to fix it, so I’m sticking with a very expensive useless piece of junk. Avoid this company at all costs. If I buy another then it will probably be a Dyson who have a superb after sales service. This bunch of cowboys can sod off. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased the eufy X10 Pro Omni brand new as soon as it launched in the UK, hoping it would be a reliable, long-term cleaning companion. Unfortunately, while it started off great, my experience has been marred by repeated mechanical failures.To give credit where it’s due, eufy's customer support team has been very helpful. They are polite, responsive, and have done their best to troubleshoot and resolve issues when I have contacted them. The software and app integration are also well-executed.However, great customer service cannot compensate for what appears to be a fundamental flaw in the product's design. Despite being a premium machine, it continuously goes wrong and suffers from persistent operational faults that prevent it from functioning reliably over time. When a high-end product requires this much intervention and fails repeatedly through normal use, it points to engineering vulnerabilities rather than a one-off defect.It is a real shame because the features on paper are excellent. However, due to its lack of durability and repeated breakdowns, I cannot recommend the X10 Pro Omni in its current state. I am now in the process of seeking a refund under UK Consumer Rights legislation.

Disappointed with Floor Damage From Robot Vacuum During Normal Use
I purchased the Eufy X10 robot vacuum and unfortunately experienced scratching to my parquet flooring during normal use. After raising the issue, the manufacturer advised that the brush cover was not fully clipped into place and therefore caused contact with the floor.
While I acknowledge their technical explanation, I am disappointed that a domestic robot vacuum designed for unattended operation can potentially damage hardwood flooring due to what they describe as a minor assembly issue. In my view, products operating in homes should have clearer fail-safes or warnings if a critical part is not correctly secured.
Regardless of the cause, the outcome remains that damage occurred to my flooring during normal use of the appliance. I therefore escalated the issue through Harvey Norman and ultimately accepted a refund.
I am sharing this experience so other customers are aware of the importance of correct assembly and to highlight my concerns around design safety expectations for products of this type.

i am getting reminders all the time about my camera and cloud which is annoying and the cloud service is a scam as i have refused it now i am hassled about it , eufy started off good but now i am really getting cheesed off with it, time to go elsewhere.

Working device made unusable by app and poor customer support
I've had a frustrating experience with Eufy.
I purchased the video doorbell (S220), the chime and the S40 solocam.
Fast forward a few years and to resolve a wifi issue, I had to remove both units from the app and re-add.
Up until this point both units were working - but once removed couldn't be added back to the app. There was no hardware fault — the issue is with the app/binding process, which effectively makes a working product unusable.
Eufy Customer Support has been frustrating. Over a couple of weeks, I repeatedly explained this is not a warranty or replacement issue (I simply want to get my working devices back online) - yet responses continued to focus on scripted steps, warranty limits, and discount offers — none of which addressed the problem.
The result is that I still have no usable security cameras and now have to replace functioning devices due to limitations in the Eufy ecosystem. This is both costly and wasteful.
I would not recommend Eufy based on this experience.

The HomeBase system and doorbell camera…
The HomeBase system and doorbell camera have been a complete failure. I recently had a £360 package stolen from right outside my door, and the system didn’t record a single second of it. None of the cameras captured anything at all.
To make matters worse, the hub itself has never worked properly since the day we bought the system. It’s incredibly disappointing and leaves you with a false sense of security. We’ve experienced this issue on several occasions now.
I strongly recommend avoiding this system unless you’re prepared for unreliable performance and the risk of missing the very events it’s supposed to protect you from.
Do not buy anything from this awful company
Purchased a lot of kit from this awful company, never will I make that mistake again. I Have had there wireless cameras for quite a few years they do eventually fail but lasted a while that was then but now not good. 3 years ago purchased a 2 wired floodlight camera kit only mounted 2 years ago due to needing a reliable electrician and both cameras went of together less than 24 months after fitting, they as others have said offered a discount as out of Warranty nearly £400 to buy and then an electrician to fit them, disgusting customer service and product. Bought a eufy robot vac last April failed in less than 12 months January again offered to exchange it only for a refurb or return to retailer for a refund. Stay clear there products are a money pit. This company are not what they used to be. I am going to see if I have a case and can report my issue to Trading Standards through the correct channels as I believe it is withheld firmware updates as both cameras failed together this indicates it is the case in my honest opinion. Consumer law is there to prevent this happening and protect people who need to report it not being adhered to if they believe it to be true.
£272 vacuum failed after 28 months. They refuse to repair or replace, ignoring UK consumer law
I purchased a Eufy vacuum for £272 from Amazon. After 28 months of normal (weekly) household use, it suddenly stopped working completely.
I contacted Eufy for assessment. Their response? They deem it "unrepairable" due to "technical limitations and parts availability" – and immediately offered me a discount code to buy a new one.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable amount of time. A £272 vacuum should last significantly longer than just over two years. The law also requires sellers to repair or replace faulty goods. If repair is genuinely impossible, they must provide a replacement or refund.
Instead, Eufy is offering discount codes while ignoring their statutory obligations. They seem to be hoping customers don't know their rights.
If you're considering Eufy, think carefully about whether they'll stand behind their products when things go wrong. My experience suggests they won't.

The S330 camera I purchased worked for 9 months.
I’m in the guarantee period of 12 months and I contacted Eufy support two weeks ago now, and I’m still in a constant spiral of e mails, telephone follow up calls by me, and getting absolutely nowhere.
I made a follow up call yesterday was told I would have a reply that afternoon and nothing to date. They also claim to be sending e mails which I haven’t received. They have my correct e mail address, they claimed to have sent an e mail on the 13th February which was not in either my inbox, or my junk mail folder. So they are either incompetent or lying. 🤥.
I’m guessing that they may be hoping that I will tire of pursuing them and they will not have to fulfill their obligations to replace the camera. Please don’t waste your money! Dont buy their products as they have been completely useless in their obligations to the guarantee and customer service has been the worst experience of my life.
Disgraceful company
Ordered 3D filament mystery box on 28th January. Waited nearly a week then they cancelled it saying stock ran out due to high demand. If you dont have stock dont take peoples money in the first place.
They processed my order, took payment immediately, then waited until it was too late to buy elsewhere before cancelling.
Their apology? Some useless 20% discount vouchers. I dont want discounts from a company that operates like this. Take orders they cant fulfill, string customers along, then offer vouchers as compensation.
This is how scam operations work. Completely unacceptable business practice.
Stay well clear of Eufy, their customer service is a joke and they clearly have no idea how to manage inventory or treat customers properly.

Very disappointed with mop especially given the price point. Have sent several complaints to Eufy who just come back and ask for the same information over and over again and do nothing. There is zero obstacle avoidance. Continually bashes into skirting despite the skirting being 12cm high. Goes around in circles for no reason and enters rooms where it’s not programmed to go into. The carpet performance is dismal doesn’t even pick us cats hair. And before Eufy comes back - yes the filter is clean. In fact, my 10 year old cordless upright vacuum on the lowest setting with all gates open does a better job. Look at vacuum wars vacuumwars com before you buy. There are much better performing vacuums than Eufy and much more affordable.
Poor reliability. Eufy Doorbell e340
Purchased a base unit 3, two cameras and a e340 doorbell. First doorbell failed to detect, very unreliable.
Replaced with new one, just as bad plus battery only lasted about 12 days. Contacted support, advised to delete doorbell from base unit and hard reset. Contacted support again because it wouldn't pair. They went through the procedure, still didn't work. Said they would contact technical support.
I then tried, gave up after about two hours. I'll wait to hear what they say (Always an email never a phone call).
I haven't installed the cameras yet. If they are as reliable as the doorbell it's all going back.
Awful doorbell and accessories
I purchased the Eufy E340 for my door. Now whilst the features seem decent, and the picture, only allowing the bell to connect to 2.4ghz is a poor option. The back plate also when installing is awful. My first one just snapped. It has 2 screw holes that mean the backplate isn't flat against the wall, so it's wobbly when installing. Backplates need to be flat and then they won't break. I also have spent several hours trying to connect the mini chime and I've tried everything and it just won't pick up a WiFi signal, even when entering the details manually. I've spent several days going backwards and forwards speaking to Jerry from customer service, who is genuinely trying his very best to help, but the overall product is poor in my eyes. Whoever reviewed this as the best doorbell is clueless!
