Lack of £10 Sainsbury’s voucher after 4 weeks
Yet Another response from Toluna saying the staff are working hard etc. etc. but still no £10 Sainsbury’s voucher - Four weeks now -
Patience is wearing thin.
I wonder if Sainsbury’s are aware of Toluna’s lack of customer service as it may reflect on them.
Unethical, unprofessional company
I fought for three weeks for the €40 in vouchers that were due, only to receive €30 in vouchers and now they won't respond to my emails. A totally unprofessional company who scam the reviewers.
I’ve been a member for years and until…
I’ve been a member for years and until recently, I’ve not encountered any issues. Within the past few months however reward payments are not being initiated. Currently I’m awaiting receipt of 2 x Amazon rewards - not good.
I suspect that something is going on but clearly I can’t prove this - I truly hope this payment issue is only a ‘blip’ and all will be resolved soon.

Total waste of time
Filled out dozens of surveys then just as I have enough for a reward they block me for no reason. tell me I have ' inconsistences in my account 'but give no evidence,. Total waste of time.
Just another scam survey company
Just another scam survey company. They seem ok at first & then suddenly block your account for no reason. They seem to do this when you're close to receiving a reward of course.
Humans who take advantage
This ladies and gentlemen is a survey platform that is disgusting. The website will block you randomly for doing nothing wrong! They are what’s wrong with the human race just wanting their own cash, NO ONE TRY THIS I PROMISE YOU NOW, it just blocks you it’s happened to many people online just search my account got suspended for no reason.
No rewards paid out
This website has been good for a few years, then all of a sudden, my rewards have not been paid out, after two enquiries, and a worthless automated response, I realise that the time wasted on completing these surveys will not be rewarded, don’t waste your time with these people!!
NO REWARD
Done many surveys which take a lot of time then didn’t get rewarded sent many messages only to be told same thing over and over and after reading other reviews I won’t be using again a scam to get you to do surveys and then not get rewarded save your time and just don’t bother

SCAMMED!
I’ve been using Toluna for a few weeks and built up nearly £30 in points. For some unknown reason I then couldn’t access my account. I contacted customer services who then informed me that my account had been suspended with no explanation given. Clearly they DON’T WANT TO PAY OUT when you reach the magic £36 limit!
Blocked account
After successfully completing reviews for Toluna for several years, my account has suddenly been blocked. I had applied for a £30 Amazon voucher and had approximately £20 worth of points remaining on my account. My account was suddenly blocked and they will not give me an explanation - they are refusing to make the payment to me. I have been cheated out of £50 as I have done nothing wrong. It would appear that if you let your account build up credit then they would rather cancel your account than pay you out.
Avoid this scam site
Been good survey site for few years but I have done surveys for £40 in total and now they saying I they have noticed consistent issues with my account funny how you build up that amount which is quite a few surveys why has it taken they long to pick up on its gone a scam site lately please avoid wasting your time with this site shame couldn't give 0 stars
Never Use this App
i used a lot of survey app and this one is the worst , i am okay with 2/3 days pending payment but this one promise 2-3 weeks , what even worst is i am already at 4th week and didnt get my payment.
Not paid out reward
T&Cs guaranteed a payment within 3 weeks, I'm now beyond week 4 and have still not received my paypal rewards
A bit scammy
I've just spent 15 minutes answering questions about confectionary products for the survey to suddenly end with the message "you are not quite what we are looking for".
So no points for me then!
Not all surveys are like that, you usually are informed early on if the survey is not for you....but once you've almost completed the survey it's just to late for them to say "you are not quite what we are looking for".

PayPal reward claimed 11 January, still not paid. Just get excuses and "no idea how long this will take to resolve".

Avoid this company at all costs. You complete surveys in good faith and then they terminate your account just before you can redeem your points. They give no explanation whatsoever. Dreadful experience and in my opinion they are a scam company

Avoid this company maybe this UK branch by all means. I had pending payouts. £35 two pending from different dates. Participated in live surveys which took weeks to complete reason why I had 2 pending payouts. Waited for more than a month but didn’t get paid and then my account got blocked. Tried reaching out to customer service but no response till date. Useless people. After wasting my time and energy.
