Terrible Toluna

Please do not subscribe to Toluna. They send so many emails re surveys but so far I haven’t been eligible to fill any at all. I’ve tried to unsubscribe but doesn’t work and still receive a tsunami of unwanted emails. I suspect they are just data harvesting and the surveys are non-existent therefore you will not make any money at all. Terrible company

Truly a scam

I wish I'd read the reviews for the UK branch of this company! Avoid this company - it's a scam. They waited until I had a ton of points saved up (accumulated over many hours of surveys!) and then blocked my account. When I asked why I was banned they refused to give me a reason. I read the code of conduct in great detail and I'm 100% sure I've not done anything wrong - which leads me to think this company is fraudulent and not worth your time. It's completely unethical to ban accounts without any motive.

Terrible company absolute scammers…

Terrible company absolute scammers payment has been weeks now sent email saying they donate to charity's well they can't make any payments for surveys there not going to donate to charity's. Wasting peoples time and benefit money of people .

Its been over two months now and…

Its been over two months now and umpteen messages to them asking for my £35 for the 190.000 points i hard earned,in my rewards it says being processed but been like it for months,must be a way to get these people offline for robbing us,wish i had looked at the feedbacks first,i,m 64 housebound thought i would try earn bit xtra for xmas but these people dont care,DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE?

"I think this company fills out a few surveys, then locks your account and steals your personal information. After that, they complete the surveys using your details, as if you were filling them out. This company is really a scam."

NO REWARDS STAY AWAY

NO REWARDS STAY AWAY! So I have been doing surveys until I reached the points I needed for PayPal’s reward but I guess my time was just wasted for nothing! It has been 1month and still it shows ‘processing’ the PayPal reward. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham. I have run out of space on my last post, so created this new one for further comment.
I have written to the MRS the marketresearchscociety, and they said they dont touch Toluna as they are fully aware of their antics.They keep commenting on here to reply on a complaint mail that is closed.
Says it all really, a 1.5 star rating again says it all.
You do surveys earn vouchers/gift cards but dont expect to receive them. They appear to make money by being paid for your answers but you wont.
If you agree postt on here, and if you thinkof joining please dont its a scam.
MRS will advise what i can do next. I will let you know, together we can stop this. Steve

Joined Toluna, immeditely got banned

Joined Toluna, filled everything out accurately and honestly. Received a survey invite via email the next morning, completed the whole thing (25 mins) submitted it and got an error screen, tried to log in and got another error screen. Contacted them and was told my account had been closed, can't tell me why, but possible fraudulent activity.
Complete waste of time.

Toluna theft

About 3 months ago, stopped being able to take surveys and accessing my points for rewards. Only thing I was getting from so called customer disservice was, your problem has been resolved. No it wasn't. Eventually it just happened that I changed phone and was able to access a few surveys. Then it did the same again. Customer disservice is beyond a joke. Despite being with toluna for quite a few years, the only thing I've managed to get out of them is that there has been an anomaly on my account. How? Not a clue as all I've ever done is surveys and when I have enough points, take my rewards. This is theft. They have taken my time for no reward. I can't even find out how to take my complaint higher. Be warned. It makes no difference if you've been a loyal customer or not. They will still treat you like dirt.

Rubbish site

Rubbish site, once you are flagged with using VPN you will never be able to do the survey again. And the customer service is only repeating the same thing saying that they can't help bla bla bla.

They should all be sacked and let the AI do their job.

Waste of time

I give this app five star in past.im the new user of this app and firstly I complete the task of five pound Amazon gift card the order has been successfully and I get the gift card .it only takes one day I'm very exited in this app.The big trap in this app is the second payment I think it only takes one day but it takes five days and the third payment takes I week and the next payment they didn't pay and my one week payment is delayed i send so many mails to toluna influencer and the email replayed your account not recognized and reset your password and I reset the password but nothing changes at the time I realised the app is an trap they only paid a few payments and my one week payment never get.so friends don't download the app it's an trap.

Once again I am experiencing issues…

Once again I am experiencing issues with taking surveys. I'm getting "It's not you it's us" or the message that they "don't have any surveys for me to take" message. I'm over it all together and do not recommend this company to anyone. I've waited for change but when it appears things are getting better it goes back to the original state of taking me in circles. I'm over it now.
