Decent service, good communication and good people to deal with.

Fair(ish) price - it was a decent van but needed to upgrade engine size and didn’t have space to keep on drive. Price offered was price paid no quibbling.

Would use again if I need to change quickly

All I can say is, in a world full of cowboy car sellers, you’ll be safe with these guys. Darren and his team helped me and my partner to understand we had been seriously mis sold a van. Even though this meant we may not sell to them, they still endeavoured to help us.

Darren has vast and invaluable motor sales experience with a background as a manager at webuyanycar (a company who wouldn’t help us at all). Darren guided me through my options and spent many phone calls with me to help.

They remained professional but still so approachable and all over WhatsApp so easy to communicate during our work days.

And even after all that, they still left a very reasonable offer on the table for our van, fully accepting a risk to take it off us.

These guys may be one of the only honest, fair and approachable buying/sales company left.

I will be taking your offer Darren, when I have another van to potentially buy, I will be asking for you to check it first!! We have every trust in you guys.

Turned up and payed what was agreed over the phone with no agro, perfectly pleasant and polite.
Obviously I wasn't happy with the price I got however I wasn't pushed, that was what they offered and I accepted as I needed it gone so I can't knock the business at all, if your contacting any of these companies you have to expect a large knock as they buy them to make money
