Had a bit of trouble linking my louvolite hub to my louvolite blinds using the neo smart blinds app. Also a small issue using the neo smart blinds skill to link them to Alexa. A rapid series of emails between me and the uk blind support person had everything working fine in no time.
I cant believe how helpful and responsive the uk blinds support person was. Great job!

Fantastic product! With 0 diy skills, I was able to install the shutters on my window with no issue within minutes. It looks great and provides privacy I was after. The customer support was fantastic. I made a mistake in my original order ( I did not order reces for handle). I called to correct it, and my request was considered without a question asked. I was inpatient with my order, so I contacted the customer service again, and instantly got an update on progress. Shutters arrived very well packed within one week. I would recommend uk blinds to all. Thank you once again for such a fantastic product and customer support that exceeds expectations

We have had both motorised and manual blinds from this brilliant company. I have found the help presale to be very good and the blinds are delivered quickly as well as being packaged extremely well so we get them in perfect condition. But I have also found the after sales to be second to none . I’m not great with technology so when I’ve call for help they have been willing talk me though setting up the motorised blinds and anything else I need help with for as long as it takes. An all round first class service . I will recommend Ukblinds to all my friends and customers .

I have been updating my blinds and their controls. In the last month, I have bought a Louvolite gateway and two motors to add to the motorised blind I already had. Now all my blinds open and close at the appropriate time of day without me having to do a thing! And installation was very easy as was the programming. Thankyou UK Blinds on line for your help

Unfortunately a remote control that I ordered from them through ebay, was faulty. They refunded the full amount through ebay, and also separately refunded the postage that I paid to return the item.
