I love this company. Yes they are based in Czech but don't let that put you off. They answered any and every question I had, no matter how silly. Although I had already acquired a second hand tank, the put together a full kit to get going! The jellies I received are in wonderful condition and we all love watching them bobbing around. Than you so much, I may have a new hobby lol

Absolutely fantastic customer service! They have walked me threw everything in regards to setting up the tank and how to cars for my jellyfish I could not recommend them enough they have gone above and beyond.

I could not recommend them enough tank is stunning and all my jellyfish are healthy and thriving I had a couple of issues however Patrick took alot of time guiding me threw and making sure all way going well he answered all my questions and worries.
It's not just the tank and set up you receive it's the education as well and that's the best thing.

I will be recommending to friends and family anyone looking for jellyfish I would only use this company the jellyfish come next day delivery once tank is set up ! Delivery was extremely quick.

Ordered 2 Moon JellyFish for the eldest for passing her GCSE’s they arrived when advised they would do and well packaged we had the tank set up for around 3 weeks before hand, placed the JellyFish inside and added food within a couple hours they was already showing good activity.
Customer service is also responsive before and after purchase.

Bought a deluxe tank and 2 lactoide jellies we are over the moon with them! Customer service was great got given all instructions on how to do everything and support was there when needed couldnt recommend enough!

Despite a few issues that arises through the fault of no one, customer service has been excellent. Very supporting to myself as a new jellyfish owner! Set up instructions easy to follow, and all queries answered well. Very helpful and happy with the service.

Bought the Jellyfish Nano Aquarium C8 with moon jellies included.

Aquarium arrived quickly, fairly easy to setup.

Received lots of useful guidance and videos from UK Jellyfish.

Once tank was ready got the jellyfish overnight by FedEx, packaged well.

Only had them four days so far but they seem healthy, they look great swimming about in the cylindrical tank, especially with the lighting.

Perhaps not cheap but as a newcomer to keeping jellyfish I felt it was worth it getting absolutely everything needed from one place, the support by email from Rob at UK Jellyfish was very helpful.

2. **Pricing Concerns**: I have found identical tanks and equipment available at significantly lower prices, approximately one-fifth of what this company charges.

3. **Markup on Parts**: The company appears to resell components of other branded products at inflated prices. For example, nitrifying bacteria can be obtained at significantly lower prices from Sera-Marin, as well as distilled water and salt.

4. **False Advertising**: The company presents itself as a UK-based entity, complete with a UK domain name and description. However, based on my experience with two separate tank orders and jellyfish species, all items were shipped from the Czech Republic.

5. **Related Companies**: The company has a partner entity, "PetJellyfish.co.uk," which claims to operate independently. However, it seems that they either share the same manufacturers and shipping location or have created two companies to mitigate risk. Both sites also use identical images for their products.

The jellies were received less than 24 hours after shipment. Seller provided a lot of very helpful recommendations to guide us through the installation as well as how best to feed and care for them. Thank you so much!

Where to start…
-They are not based in the UK at all! Rather the Czech Republic. Not the food nor the equipment come from the UK. Jellyfish also ship from Czech- the fish’s ‘diseased-free’ claim is based on lies.
-All their equipment can be defective and faulty, I have found identical tank and equipment for 1/5 of the price elsewhere.
-They re-sell you parts of other branded products for much higher cost. The nitrifying bacteria, you can purchase at Sera-Marin for much cheaper + more product, same with distilled water and salt.
-They falsely advertise themselves as a UK company, even with a UK domain name and description, but do not believe this, everything, from my 2 separate tanks and both species of jellyfish have been sent from the Czech.
-They have a partner company “PetJellyfish.co.uk”. They claim to be separate but they are not. I have ordered from both places. They either have the exact same manufacturers and ship from the same place, or they opened up 2 companies to protect them in case one tanks. They also use identical images on both of their sites for their merchandise.
-They claim you can bacteria-cycle your tank in 10 days. This is FALSE. It takes around 4 weeks for the cycle to properly adapt for the jellyfish, there is no special bacteria that cuts it down from 4 weeks to merely 10 days.
-Many many grammatical and spelling errors on their site, indicating English is probably not even their first language.
-Buy at your own risk, my advice; purchase the tank, equipment and water, salt etc. from elsewhere, and only purchase the jellyfish from this site, nothing else. I have been simply using Amazon to purchase food, water, salt, pipettes, cleaning utensils from Amazon aquatic stores for a fraction of the price, and much higher quality.

- For clarification I have used a false name to cover any prejudice faced from their team. Everything I have written has been about the standards of my order have been completely correct as of the date I am writing this. There is absolutely no reason for my to ‘falsify’ a review unless I’ve actually received poor customer care from this otherwise unknown company. Additionally they have not addressed the fact that they Lie about being based in the UK when everything is shipped from Czechia, other reviews say the same thing. I Would source locally rather than this site.

My jellyfish aquarium has come fine, the setup wasn't very difficult, Rob helped me with everything I needed. The jellyfish are beautiful, would recommend.

Avoid at all costs, this company is nothing but a scam. Firstly they say they are UK jellyfish the biggest breeders in the UK blah blah blah however all their products come from the Czech Republic including the jellyfish.
I ordered this product to arrive at my old address before moving in December, the parcel went missing with the vendors carrier and after spending hours on the phone to UPS got nowhere. In credit to the vendor they arranged to send a replacement to my new address, however when this arrived it was missing items that were supposed to be in the 'all in one kit'. Contacted the vendor who said to buy the missing items myself and they will throw some food in as compensation. The items cost me roughly £30, when the tank was set up I contacted the vendor to send the jellyfish. I was given a date that was 8 days in the future and provided by the vendor I also ordered an extra jellyfish at a cost of £18. I took a day off work to make sure I was home to receive these animals, by 2PM I had not heard anything so contacted the vendor who said nothing had been shipped as they didn't have the capacity to fulfill the order and I would have to wait another week again before they could send them , I was furious after taking a days leave again at my own cost and asked for a refund. The vendor then said they would ship the jellyfish the following day to be delivered yesterday on the 23rd and to make sure someone was home to receive them, again I took another days leave to then be told by UPS in the afternoon that they couldn't deliver and it would be made the following day (today). I contacted the vendor to say that I am not happy and want a refund this purchase has been nothing but a headache from start to finish this was a Christmas gift that has just turned into a money pit and costing me valuable leave but didn't receive a response for days despite emailing more than once and calling their Whatsapp number, only when I raised it with Paypal did they respond. I wasn't able to take the delivery the following day as had to go to work and then received the parcel nearly 2 weeks later to which funnily enough the jellyfish were dead. Shop here at your peril I have wasted £350 dealing with a company that should be call Czech Republic Jellyfish.

Ordered a bio-orb with glowing algae for my son's birthday. It was well packaged and arrived safe and sound shortly after. It's a brilliant present; he's loved the idea since we watched a program on bioluminescence on Discovery Channel and saw beaches with glowing shorelines. We set up the orb (poured the pouch into the orb and left on his desk away from the direct sunlight from the window, as per instructions) and he could hardly wait for it to get dark. Seeing the algae light up as he swirled the orb was like magic. Awesome present.
