Chris was prompt, professional and courteous during each visit (quote / survey) which were done on the day as agreed. The quote process was straightforward and extremely competitive. The install happened on the agreed day and was completed quickly and competently by the team who were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. The Solar PV installation (Inverter + 14 panels) appears to be great quality and looks great. I would highly recommend UK Solar Services.

I sent them an email as my inverter of 13 years had stopped working. The company had quoted me (Good price) and fitted the new inverter within four days. The installers were very helpful and informative. The after sales service is great. Any communication by phone with the boss is in affect a history log.

Chris is nice guy and very knowledgeable in his field. Gave the best quote and fitted quality panels and batteries. Would highly recommend and will be using again to install air heat pump. His fitters are a nice bunch who did a neat job. I had a quote from one of the larger nationwide companies who quoted 80% more for the same system!!

Would highly recommend Chris & UK Solar Services. First spoke with Chris in May-23 and by 14/7/23 both systems are installed and working. Would have been quicker if I could have accommodated earlier installation. We had 2 existing solar thermal systems running the house h/w system & adjoining swimming pool, both had reached end of life. Important to us was specification of the right replacements for the future & remove existing redundant equipment. The quote was comprehensive, plain English & the most competitive. During install we had consistent, knowledgeable tradesmen (Adam & Mark) who have worked with/for Chris for years. All work was carried out timely and tidily. Old equipment was removed from site & disposed of. System controls were clearly explained, paperwork, insurances & guarantees provided & the offer to return if anything was unclear.

Great job from start to finish I had 10kw battery Bank installed with ac inverter the minute they where powered up I was getting my investment back more than with work done nice and friendly team and explained everything would definitely recommend

Having spent time searching online for solar installation companies, we realised that there were some slightly "shady" companies who would effectively just be the sales front / lead generator for another (unrelated) installation company. We couldn't work out who we were dealing with. It got to a point where we realised we'd been talking to an installation company that Companies House showed had only existed for a few months. Enough!

UK Solar Services Ltd were hugely different. Totally professional, quickly sorted what we needed, gave great advice and the install was seamless. All done in quickly, and now we are benefitting from the suns energy, which charges our batteries and heats our hot water. Our experience of using the system has been great, for both the planet and us.

The installers were very friendly and explained the system to me. Everything is working as it should. I had one small issue which was sorted promptly. I would recommend the company.

I had 4 quotes for solar and whilst the 3 other companies gave me quotes for what they wanted to install, Chris actually listened to what my needs were came up with 4 different design options to suit my circumstance. Once I had decided on a way forward I contacted one of the other companies again for a comparison price and quickly discovered that Chris couldn't be beaten on price!
Once the DNO approval came through for the 5kWh inverter his team were on site very quickly with a smooth install and excellent customer service to answer my follow up questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone looking to get solar installed!

Highly recommend. I come from an IT & engineering background so fairly demanding customer when it came to design and what I wanted. Chris was excellent and supportive as we had an extended chat and email back and forth over designs and options to meet my needs. Finally settling on a design largely matching his day one proposal but with a slightly optimised panel size to maximise the roof space and a larger battery.

Had quotes from a number of installers and have to say that UK Solar Services offered me the most flexible design options at a very competitive price. Chris is plain talking, knows his product and no hard sell like some of the others that quoted.

The main install was basically all done in a day. And admittedly it was peak of summer and lovely weather, so ideal conditions but my electric usage from grid dropped 75% following day.

Have plans to potential expand system in future if get heat-pump or EV and Chris and team will be my first choice.

UK Solar Services were one of three companies I asked to quote me for solar panels, only two wanted to come to my house to evaluate. Chris was far more knowledgable and was not trying to sell me hard, hence I chose to go with UK Solar Services. The quotation was emailed to me within hours and was very easy to read plus was most informative.
The fitters arrived on the due date on time and were most efficient and very tidy backing up my decision to give them my business. Since fitting the solar panels on October 12th I can only say that my wife and I are absolutely delighted plus we are enjoying great savings on our electricity costs.

Thoroughly recommend uk solar services. They supplied and fitted a full solar array with battery for us at very short notice. I enquired on 24 August 22 and the solar panels were fitted on 7th September! A comprehensive survey was provided and the quote was very good value. The installation took about 6 hrs! I was talked through the options and added a unit to heat the water as well. The installers discussed the best place to put the inverter with minimum pipe work on the exterior of the house. The inverter ended up in the porch as we did not have a suitable roof space. The advantage is it accessible and the meter can be read easily. I was very pleased with how the work was carried out with pleasant, tidy workers! The solar panels are now exporting more than the electricity we are using. We are with Octopus energy who pay 15p per exported kilowatt which was the best rate on offer at the moment. A Job well done.

I found Chris very knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to assess the retrofit battery storage system for our existing solar panels. Installation was done very neatly and efficiently. The guys listened to where we wanted it locating and just got on with it. They routed cables neatly and tidied up after they had finished. We had a few queries soon after installation as we got used to how the system worked and they got back to us straight away.
We are really pleased we chose Uksolarservices to install our system and we would recommend them.
