Chris at UK Solar Services has always been great from start to finish. We 1st used him when we had a problem with a solar thermal system another firm had installed. He came out, saw the problem and got us back up and running in no time. As soon as we were ready to take the next steps and have a Solar PV storage battery installed he provided advice and did a great job at doing the full install. Very happy with both jobs. The savings to the energy bills have been huge and well worth it. No hesitation in recomending both Chis and his installers.

We were really impressed with Chris and the team when they responded to our query regarding solar heating.
Chris came round shortly after our request, talked us through the various options and send through a very detailed and informative quote.
The equipments was installed within a month of making the initial contact and done in a very professional and competent way.
The system has behaved well and is doing all we had hoped - and we continue to be impressed with the after sales support provided by Chris and his team.

Chris was very very helpful, the lads were really tidy and clean and very helpful in explaining the app and all that came with the system , I originally went for just panels but I decided to have battery storage too which was easily added on , I was so happy and have since had Chris install a second battery , a great experience and Chris was always easy to get hold of which I found very reassuring too

Chris and his team delivered a super system. Right from the off, at the needs capture/ design stage, Chris was engaging and careful to ensure we chose the right system. Not pushy. Not salesy. Just a bloke answering questions and giving a design with a price (a very good price, I might add). We spent a month checking out other companies. Non came near him.
We then decided to go for it, and Chris and team had the work completed in less than 4 weeks from us giving him the green light.

Prompt response to enquiry, visited our property quickly, gave knowledgeable advice and acceptable quote. Contractors were helpful and efficient. I can't fault the installation.

Subsequently 6 months down the line I’m now connected to my power supplier and ready to export paid excess power. All monitored via the Solarman app.
This also adds value to my property with option of taking the system with me should I move house in the future

We had a number of quotes for 12 solar panels a battery and an iBoost (hot water heating). UK Solar were by far the most technically proficient and knowledgeable while remaining extremely competitive on price. From the initial contact through to installation Chris and his team worked with us to achieve the best possible outcome.
Everything was completed to time and cost, no hidden extras and Chris and his team were prompt and professional in everything they did. No mess, no damage, no delays just a great outcome.

Would thoroughly recommend UK Solar services. Chris and the team were fantastic throughout the process. I had loads of questions, Chris answered all of them to get what I wanted. I thought I'd have to wait a long time too and encounter problems but everything was sorted really quickly and everything works great. Post installation Chris has helped me sort things with octopus and still answers any queries. Really good value too. Definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic service from the first contact. Chris came round within a couple of days to do a survey and give us a quote. We were very pleased with the quote and ordered the solar panels, these were fitted within a few weeks of ordering. Chris and his team worked efficiently, we received a full explanation on the panels. We needed to ask a few questions after the panels had been fitted and we received excellent after care service.

Chris was brilliant. Everything delivered on time and to budget. Very knowledgeable and great advice. 100% recommended.

I've used Chris before for other jobs and he has always been the most accomodating and knowledgeable guy about - plumbing - solar panels - solar thermals (Which his team also did for me) and heat pumps (again something which was another well thought out installation).
So, when it came time to have solar batteries I didn't hesitate to contact him. I wanted the obvious (Tesla), but Chris showed other alternatives. The one I eventually went for (Pylontech) was cheaper, has a higher capacity, is easier to expand on than the Tesla, and also after reading independent reviews actually came out slightly better. So, he pointed me towards another make which made him less money but ended up with a(nother) very satisfied customer. This is the 4th installation of kit Chris's company has done for me.......and it won't be the last! I think, the best comment you can make about anybody!
