I was pretty much forced into signing up with false promises that my business plan would be amended and updated as soon as I made the £269 sign up fee. Quickly to find out that another £100 is required for any “expert” help. The template they provide is shocking and very basic doesn’t cover any depth or essential information to help secure grants or loans. Very disappointed save your money, invest into proper support not this trash. Save your money and time!

I needed a business plan and I have been struggling to complete it, so I applied for the service and I would never been able to create a business plan the way that they did it, a work of art.

Great Business plan made up, they'll hound you with calls and emails until you sign up then you're left with an AI chatbot unfortunately.

They did however polish my business plan which I'm delight with.

The business plan writer service was quick and straightforward. The key points of information and data from the original plan were used to create a more comprehensive targeted document. I trust will now be more appealing to funders.

No comment. I would put -5 if it would be option. I am a member. I pain over 300£ for their services and they assured me I will receive at least one grant for sure. I have not received anything. Not even 1£. Waist of my time as well. I could use this time to do my work.

If you’re a startup or small business looking for credible support, funding insight, and direction without the fluff, UK Startups is definitely worth engaging with.

I was only interested in trying to obtain a grant which i made clear upfront and also informed them I was a sole trader. For £270 they provided 3 grant options, 2 of which I was ineligible for as I was not a limited company and the other one had a very short application window/deadline and maximum amount of 1k you could apply for. Seeing that they claim to be experts in this area, they would have been fully aware this was the case and personally think this type of service is very unethical. If you’re a sole trader just go visit your local council for business information.

UPDATE!
I have still not received any funding however since writing my initial review ukstartup have helped my write a very good business plan and have offered to write a pitch deck. I wish they had been more transparent about their costs upfront.
