We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by our inventory error regarding your order.
We hold ourselves to a high standard, but in this instance, we fell short. We experienced an exceptionally high volume of sales over the weekend, and a trade counter collection at lunchtime today unfortunately depleted our remaining stock of red chutes before our website could update to reflect the change. We understand how disappointing and inconvenient it is to receive an "out of stock" notification after your payment has been processed.

Great Service
Shipping was really quick and easy, we received a phone call prior to the delivery and it was placed where we wanted.
We contacted ULS after receiving the skoots for extra information and they responded quickly answering our questions.
