Wow, what a great experience........
Wow, what a great experience.
I rarely write reviews but I felt that Ultimate Lifting Solutions deserved some praise.
I'm a Radio Ham I wanted a replacement winch for my wind-up telescopic antenna mast.
I found a suitable noiseless winch, but the mounting holes wouldn’t line up with the bolt holes on my mast.
I called several companies that politely listened to my problem but none had a workable solution that I could use.
I then saw Ultimate Lifting Solutions website and decided to give them a call, not expecting to get any further than I had with the other companies.
I to spoke to Symon, we chatted at length and he asked me to email the design drawings I had for the original winch.
Symon called me back the next morning with a great solution and the rest is history.
5 Star service with great communication.
Excellent advice.
Very competitive pricing.
