Only reason I gave it 3 stars is I had to go out and buy different fittings for the wall bracket. Ones provided were hopeless tbh. Other than that bag is great so far.

Very, very happy with Ultra fitness... Ordered the arm blaster, contacted them the following day to find out about delivery, they got straight back to me with when i could expect delivery. Parcel turned up in 3 days. Solid arm blaster made of very tough but light metal, comfy arm rests exactly where they need to be. Very easy to adjust strap.

The item arrive within a good time scale, packaging in good condition, the items look to be of good quality and expressive. Only time will tell of the true quality of these items.

Excellent pruduct what I needed and was delivered on time even though the post man delivered (his fault) to wrong address.

Excellent service and products

Very impressed with how quick it came considering the recent circumstances. Was for a Xmas present so would have been better if it was covered in wrapping that wasn’t see through but luckily they weren’t in when it arrived. That was the only negative that I had, was very happy with everything else and would definitely recommend.

The only problem I’m having is the chin strap is too big for my jaw so when I’m trying to curl it stops me from reaching full range of motion but other than that it is a very good product

Ordered an item on 12 October today is 21 October and I am still awaiting the order. However I have now received two emails requesting I rate the service, very poor in my opinion.

Since my initial review I have been in contact with Ultra Fitness and must say they have responded to all e-mails very quickly and with my full satisfaction. I have now received the item ordered.

The item was exactly as described and delivered quickly, quality looks good also, but not yet used to test!

Very good quality punching bag and accessories, excellent costumer service.
