I am very sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. Tracking shows the shipment was processed promptly on December 22nd, but it is currently held at a DHL facility in Paris due to holiday closures.

delicious Greek products
It's a real pleasure to receive Greek products at home. The only problem: the delivery! There's no indication that the products are fragile, and last time the syrup leaked all over the package, and this time the cake is damaged. It doesn't detract from the enjoyment or the taste, but it's a shame considering the delivery cost.

Service is to be improved.
In general, the boxes came in time and well packed but the promised coin with the Basilopita was terribly missing. It stated clearly that it was to be packed separately from the cake but we could not find it anywhere in the parcel. Quality control before sending did not work well, evidently.

ci dispiace leggere la sua delusione e comprendiamo la preoccupazione, soprattutto trattandosi di un regalo di Natale.
L’ordine è stato effettuato domenica 14/12 ed è stato spedito martedì 16/12, nel rispetto delle tempistiche indicate sul nostro sito.
Secondo il tracciamento DHL (JD014600012447767769), il pacco è arrivato questa mattina alle 08:36 presso il centro di consegna di Roma ed è attualmente in attesa della consegna finale, prevista per lunedì 22/12, quindi prima di Natale.
La spedizione non è persa né in ritardo: si trova già a Roma ed è nella fase finale di distribuzione. Durante il periodo natalizio, DHL può temporaneamente indicare lo stato “spedizione in attesa” mentre i colli vengono organizzati per la consegna locale.
Ci auguriamo che, una volta ricevuto il pacco lunedì, vorrà eventualmente aggiornare la sua recensione sulla base della consegna completata.
