Very happy to have our whole house windows and doors replaced by Unique Glazing London Ltd. Very good quality and installers were very professional and clean.

I was very nervous about replacing my old windows but I am delighted by how it all turned out. Dealing with the company was straightforward and the installation boys did wonderful work. The finishing touches are so professional and my flat was clean and tidy when they left. A thoroughly professional job.

I recently used this company for front, back and patio doors. I am impressed with the quality of them and the fitting was neatly and cleaning done with good attention to detail and finishing. A couple of minor problems were dealt with speedily with no fuss. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend this company.

We have a 70s house in need of significant doing up. Other quotes were huge based on our sloped roof. Some up to four times the cost we paid. The team were excellent. From the initial quotes and sales right through to the fitting they were professional, courteous, tidy and quick. Highly recommend working with them and we’ll be back when we’ve saved up for the next round.

Fantastic company to deal with, great prices, really helpful, overcame problems (one of my window openings had no lintel), the installation team were superb and my windows look fabulous. Would highly recommend this company. Out of the 6 quotes I obtained they were the cheapest by miles. Will be using again when I turn my garage into an art & crafts room.

I got quotes from a number of companies.
Unique were not the cheapest but were miles less expensive than some of the other companies.
The Sales guy was knowledgeable and understood our complex requirements.
Work done on time in budget and the installation team worked very hard and were very tidy.
Very pleased with the whole process and results. A minor adjustment was required which was fixed with out question.

After reading a number of reviews and getting 3 other quotes, I decided to go for Unique Glazing for 7 windows and a door that finally needed replacing in my 1930's semi. From the initial meeting, measuring up, checking of exactly my requirements, through to the fitting, a bit of rendering and the final billing, I can say that it all went as smoothly as it could. The cost I was given at the outset was what I paid at the end and was considerably cheaper than the other companies (as they manufacture their own windows in the UK). Everything looks good and works well. I would definitely recommend them.

We've just had 30+ windows replaced, which is no small task. Unique were *very* reasonably priced compared to a lot of cowboy companies we spoke to. We had substantial delay due to supply issues on the manufacturer's end but Unique made up for it with a free upgrade. When they were finally able to install, the whole thing (old windows out and new windows in) took just a week. Great and diligent work by the fitters who ensured a good finish and that all locks worked. Mentions to Abbas for his advice on picking the right windows (we went for accoustic vs triple glazing) and Leanne for her customer facing skills.

We had a very small issue with one of the window locks but was fixed quickly and simply after the install.

What should have been 1/ 2 days Installing of my Bedroom windows took over 4 months to completed and lots of stress from December 2021 to April 2022.
I was Not able to use my bed room, these people are Not professional, they Installed the wrong size windows, which was a nightmare, one window was completely sealed up with plaster falling out the sides of the walls and big gaps all around. I had to send 2 sets of Legal Letters to the Manager before he decides to change the widows to the Correct sizes
Then I had to engage a Builder to do the final finishes around the windows.

Great value for money, quotation was very reasonable and communication excellent. Arrived on the date agreed and even though it was pouring with rain the job was completed very well and we are very happy. So happy that we want to get other bits done, I highly recommend. Its hard to find a decent glazier these days that doesn't charge the earth.
