I found out about Unique Glazing Company via a reference so thought of giving a chance. The service was perfect. All the windows were done and fitted within the time I expected as I was worried about the Winters + WFH. Thanks to the friendly staff for their absolutely immaculate and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Unique glazing have just installed windows and doors on our new build development and our own home and they have done a brilliant job. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and the timely manner in which they installed the windows. They were professional and friendly throughout the process and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a few snags that needed taking care of and these were quickly resolved.

This company is poor. Despite promises to draw up plans for a new window these failed to materialise.
I used a third party to do this but when I went back to unique glazing they didn't want to know. I have now used a local company Termapane who have done an excellent job. Avoid Unique Glazing.
The reply by the company is rubbish. I did the necessary at my own cost, went back to Unique after that with everything lined up, yet even then they didn’t want to know. That was this year 2023. So they can’t even get their facts right.

Absolutely thrilled with my new sliding doors and windows. Unique glazing were by far the best for price and customer service. A very smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Paul was great really helpful , the office staff were always really professional. Credit to the installers , really nice guys , left the house clean and tidy.

Really nice set of windows and doors fitted professionally and promptly. Fitters were very tidy and cleared up afterwards. Competitively priced with no hard sales pitch or constant chasing for the order.
Good after sales service too.

Very helpful regards the windows needed, I wasn’t put under any pressure by sales, which I was happy with. Installation was done without any damage to my property. The house and garden area were let free from any rubbish.

Professionalism all the way, from first meeting with Paul who was very accommodating and gave such honest advice, to the lovely gentlemen Gurchand and Gurpreet who fitted our windows, it was a totally seamless experience. From start to finish it’s been a very easy journey with Unique Glazing. We recently moved into a Victorian property and wanted to replace the current sash single glazed windows with similar looking sash windows but double glazed. They were very useful in helping us choose the right window style for the property and also quoted us a very good price compared to other quotes we got. Very professional job and the final look and quality is perfect.

We had windows and door replaced summer of 2022 by Unique. The door was sticking a bit after a few months. Contacted Unique and someone came out to check and resolved issue within 2 days. Great service!

This the second time that I have used Unique Glazing in two separate properties. I go back to them because they are keenly priced and the product is high quality and professionally installed . Once the budget allows I will return to them to finish upgrading my tired windows.

I was trying to get solar glass to reduce the heat gain in the summer. It's not a standard product, but they sourced a high performing glass at a great price. The fitters also did a fantastic job.
