Had a conservatory built by this company Jan/Feb 2021. From start to finish no complaints excellent service through out. Price was very good compared to other companies, workmanship of a high standard. They turned up on the day they said they would on time 8am worked most days till gone dark. The programe of work was kept to despite the weather & finished befor the given 5 week period. The wife & myself are very pleased. Would definiteley recomend this company to any one. All we have to do now is paint the walls, select a flooring & buy some furnature to enjoy.

I was in fear that my forty year old wooden window frames would simply fall out. I now have neat double glazed units in place, along with new cladding between the windows and the house looks like new again. And all this done in one day. I was well impressed.

Scouted round, as you do, for the best deals and selected a few different companies and completed on-line requests. Unique Glazing were the 1st to respond and I was extremely impressed with the sales call. (although I wouldn't really call it a sales call compared to the hard sell usually received) Andy was very friendly and there was no hard sales pitch and sent me the details to browse and was happy for me to take my time. After review and receiving further calls from competition sites, I returned to Unique Glazing as much more friendly, efficient and all in all a great deal for all the work I was looking for. After agreeing quote, the inspection, survey were completed within a week with the plans e-mailed over and easily understandable. Once I confirmed the order, items were built to spec & delivered within 4-5 weeks with the fitting team, again very friendly, efficient and I have been more than impressed with this company. I am currently buying a new property which required windows and doors & I will not be looking anywhere else than Unique.

Surprisingly cheap quote in comparison to other better known companies (half price) but we had a great experience with Unique Glazing. The window was fitted quickly and without any issues, and the level of finish was good. Joe was great on providing quotes and communicating on the run up to fitting. Overall very happy with the service and would tell others not the be concerned about the cheaper price!

Unique Glazing gave me my third quote after having two from other well known glazing companies and I have to say they were a breath of fresh air. They didn’t start off at a ridiculous price, then coming down in price only to increase the price again further down the line. They gave me an honest, upfront and excellent price to have new doors and windows throughout my house. Customer service was brilliant and I was given a name and mobile number of someone to contact with any queries throughout the process. My windows were installed after around six weeks (I had rosewood outside and white inside so these take a little longer to manufacture) and it took just two and a half days to install 7 windows, 2 doors and patio doors. I am over the moon with my new doors and windows, they have completely transformed my house. My whole experience with Unique Glazing, from being contacted by the salesman to the finished result, was second to none. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much for my beautiful new windows and doors fitted well in time for Christmas, as you said they would be.

I had been looking to replace my two large arch windows for sometime. You hear so many bad tales regarding cowboy companies, I was reluctant to take the plunge. A neighbour of mine recommended Unique Glazing London, who had recently installed windows of a similar shape and size.
After a visit from one of Uniques agents I took the plunge. Glad I did, the Unique team were thoroughly professional from ordering to installation.
The team turned up early on installation day laying down numerous sheets to protect carpets and floors. They worked 9 hours solid taking no breaks. Result being two large new windows installed to a high level of workmanship. The team then cleared and cleaned up after themselves. I was really impressed, all this during COVID. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Expert workmanship. the fitters were professional, clean and courteous, they cracked on with the work and nothing was an issue or problem. I would have given 5 stars but the sales team communication was very slow.

The installers were very efficient and professional and asked me to check if I was happy with the installation and was happy to make any changes required. They worked long and hard to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Great windows, noise levels down and heat retention already working. Good experience overall. First class all round. Everything from the initial no pressure consultation to installation was excellent. The product is very good quality and was expertly installed. Dont believe anybody could have done it better. Everything was handled professionally and at stated dates/times. Special mention to Vik, Khurram and Abbas, so pleased, the windows and door look great.
