To all at unique windows a big thank you for making my window replacement on the whole house, all done in two days excellent work very nice looking windows. Thanks to the sales rep the two fitters and customer service I would recommend totally.

I was apprehensive until I had my initial visit from the company. The company rep listened to my plans for replacing glazing units and the door. I felt reassured by his level of knowledge and placed my order. All follow up work went according to plan without a hitch. Following a visit by the surveyor I was consulted and given the date for installation.
On the day of installation the two fitters attending prepared the area very well using protective covering to cover all floors. They showed due regard and respect for the occupants of the house. They were hardworking and installed the new units on the day. Everything was left neat and tidy just as they found it when they arrived. Well done guys and thank you very much.

Had a glass conservatory roof fitted. The work was carried out to a high standard. The workers were polite and professional. Left all work areas clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company

I had a number of quotes for the work to replace all my double glazed windows, I received a very competitive quote and agreed to the work, the fitters arrived on time and carried out the work to a high standard, the team leader Vicky and his men worked all day with the installation of my windows. What a difference they look fantastic and of the highest standard, the team cleaned and hoovered the whole area of work and we are very happy with the result,I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends.

Unique products were good quality. The support were good at keeping me informed about the progress, etc. The fitters worked hard and did a very good job. Happy with the end result. I would recommend.

We used Unique Glazing London to fit some new patio sliding doors on our balcony. The service from both the sales representative and the fitters was excellent. Very pleased with the work and would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone planning to get any new windows or doors fitted to their property!

We were impressed with most of our experience with Unique Glazing. They responded promptly to our enquiry and Joe came out and measured up within a few days. He was very responsive and we liked the fact that he just explained the options calmly and professionally without giving us the hard sell which would have put us off. We thought the price they quoted was very reasonable so we were happy to make a decision quickly.
They manufactured the windows and French doors within 3 weeks as promised. Fitting was expected to take 3-4 days but ended up taking 5 long days, I think due to a velux window and some new french doors taking longer to fit than expected. The fitters worked incredibly hard for long hours. They were very polite and considerate and they both went above and beyond to make sure they addressed every request and ensure that we were happy with everything. They also cleaned up outside every evening and left us with no mess.
The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because I think their aftercare/customer service could be improved. I had some questions which I sent via email after the fitting and didn't get a response for well over a week. Also, we had acoustic glass fitted in the bedrooms, having understood that this would make a significant different to the road noise that we hear, but this was not worth the extra money as it has made no difference to the noise, and we're still not 100% happy with their response about that issue. However all in all they did a good quality job and we are very pleased with the end result. Hope to receive the FENSA certificate soon.

Their Sales rep Abbass was very professional & gave me a very competitive quote & was on hand throughout the process, the fitters were excellent & did a great job. I’d say the company on the whole were very easy & professional to deal with.

Excellent work, the admin process leading up to the installation was painless and the installation itself was quick, neatly done and efficient.
I couldn't be more pleased with the product, top quality, as described fitted without a hitch and looks great.

I had new french doors fitted in place of an old patio window which was in poor condition. 2 men turned up on the scheduled day and fitted the new doors within 2 and a half hours.
They were very accommodating and I was able to go out and get a late lunch at the pub. When I returned after about an hour, the doors were in and just final adjustments and trimmings needed doing.

All work carried out efficiently as agreed and to a good standard.

We were very pleased with everything, very professional and has completely transformed the house.
The quote was very reasonable, with no hard sell or messing around with the sales person phoning there managers for discounts etc as with other companies!!

Excellent but originally put in wrong glazing but this was quickly rectified 😀

Very pleased with the finished windows. The workmen worked extremely hard and checked we were happy with the finish. Windows were the cheapest quote by far and for the same product as others companies.
Overall very good.
Only not 5 star due to small admin error but this was fixed.

The men who came to replace the Windows and doors were quick and efficient. They cleaned up as they went along and tidied the house after completing the job. The Rep, Abbas was polite and helpful.

Speedy reply from the moment I asked for a free quote. Cheepest quote be by far for the same specifications-
Only waited 2 days for measuring and 2-3 weeks for instillation.
The guys who installed worked really hard and stayed till late on a Friday night to get the job done.
Made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
Had a follow up call day after to ensure all was well.
