i survived their horrific scam a couple…
i survived their horrific scam a couple of years ago, they locked me into a b2b contract, i ended up just paying to leave the contract as there was no way out, i went without feeding myself and living off of foodbanks and in poverty for a few years because of it, the owner and all the crooks working for him including that sordid address in finchlay road they operate out of (look it up), should be behind bars quite frankly, and now that ive finally got over my mental breakdown that they contributed towards, i will do anything in my power to report them to the authorities for mispractice, and to trading standards, and i will not stop until every review site knows about who they are and what they do to their customers. Lucky for you guys im also a software developer, and i also have a lot of technical friends who will help me.

Personable people to deal with
The company have engaged with me very well. They check in every month and if I don’t feel like talking they don’t push it. They’re good people and send stats mostly monthly. It’s quite hard to know how much they’ve helped me as they’re often in the background pushing your website but my website does seem to come up near the top of searches.

This company took £1500 out my account without my authorization a few years ago.
I paid bill as they threatened court action.
I told them to cancel my account which they didn't.
Here's there trick which I dont think is legal. Seemingly you need to cancel your account 30 days before renewal. I haven't heard from them all year then they phone you 29 days before renewal which my lawyers say is illegal. Every decent company notifies you about renewal and you make your choice. These con artists wait till day after cancellation period demanding money. Do not go near this untrustworthy company. My lawyers are contacting them shortly.

Do not recommend Unitel Direct. I have had no internet in my business for 3 weeks. Constant emails and phone calls to them. One member of the team saying there’s nothing wrong with my internet after doing checks another then said they wouldn’t send out an engineer as I’m taking up a slot and not priority. I then spoke to somebody else and she responded saying Yes Miss we have lots of notes regarding your internet and there is no problems with it. So I enquired about leaving and she said I would have to pay £499 and then said why would I want to leave I’m getting the best deal and I have a VIP account. Which I then replied if I was a VIP you would have got an engineer out asap. I have since then emailed and had no response and still without internet.

AVOID!!!!
AVOID!!!!! If I could give 0 or minus I really would! AVOID these scammers. Put you on auto renewal don’t tell you it’s upcoming and then tell you that you can’t cancel as you aren’t in time!! Yet last year I took there word for it and they have done nothing to website or had contact. And this current year say I’m out of time to request cancellation and say they have no record of me attempting to do it last year! Seriously how these are still in business I do not know! AVOID!!!!!!!!
