Across an Ocean
I was nervous about using Universal Removals after reading a post of someone else's experience. However, I could not have had a better company. Moving from America to the U.K. was huge. But I was able to keep in contact with the shippers and Nigel was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. Even the affiliate company on the American side of the ocean represented this companies dedication to getting the job done right! Door to door I was incredibly pleased!

Disappointed
Was promised a one month delivery. Price was increased and the most disappointing matter was that one item was broken as it was not packed properly. I complained and have not heard as of today.

Dear Bharat we sent your shipment in March 2016 the price only increased a little bit as the volume of items collected was more than we had quoted for, the shipment was professionally packed by our team, sorry to hear that one plant pot had broken, this is a fragile item but not of much value. The shipment was sent by Sea to Canada as agreed, we have 1 departure at the end of Each month which takes about 45 days on average your shipment took just under 60 days to get from door to door
Excellent service
I used Universal Removals to move my household goods from Spain to the USA and a few years later to bring them back to Spain where I reside now. I only have good words to speak about the service I received.
