I received the wrong shoes that I had ordered for a birthday present. I have so far contacted via phone and social media but no response given. Still waiting for this to be resolved. Shame that this has happened as there is a great website and the discounts used worked well.

Shoes might run small
I got the irregular choice midnight snack shoes in two colors. I'm usually a size 8.5-9 in US sizes. I ordered a yellow pair in a size 40 and the blue pair in size 41. These shoes must run small because it said a size 41 was a US 10 but those fit way better than the size 40. I'd size up if your getting midnight snack specifically.
Edit: I ordered midnight snack in pink, I couldn't resist. Got them in a size 41 and love all of them so much! The yellow ones still fit but my heel pops out a bit in them. I would definitely order again. They have so many cute irregular choice shoes that are sold out everywhere!
