The promotional emails offeredHo…
The promotional emails offered solutions like maintained fertility and HGH prescriptions, however when starting TRT and expressing interest in HGH or fertility, the providers and program at UpGuys did not have any expertise, opinion or ability to provide that therapy.
Similarly my HCT (and hemoglobin) climbed from high normal to borderline high after 3 months, and the solution is basically to stop therapy, and get phlebotomy. A more nuanced staged intervention, like dose reduction, spaced intervals, or phlebotomy alone, was not offered, and when I requested possible alternative approaches, was met with "you can if you want", which doesn't leave the patient with very much confidence.

My experience with UP Guys
It took a couple of weeks to get the first appointment and blood work done, but after that, my prescription arrived overnight. I started at 80 mg per week, and after about 2 to 3 weeks, I noticed increased libido, more energy, and a bit of a bigger physique after two months. Talking to the doctor was super easy, and everything was set up quickly. I'd definitely recommend them!
At 44 I am so glad I did this.
Also I have a friend that did this locally and they had to pay $1,600 for 1 year under the doctors supervision. And here its free ! Crazy. Im so happy
