I had an amazing customer service experience with UPLIFT Desk! My brand new chair arrived with a minor fabric issue on the cushion. I reached out via live chat and was connected with Luca Marzari. Luca was incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional. Since individual parts weren't available, he immediately arranged a full replacement chair for me without any hassle. Exceptional company and top-notch support from Luca! Highly recommended!

Great experience
Great experience. I had placed an order but found that the order I placed was on back ordered twice. After calling and speaking to Erica Henderson she was able to swap the desktop for an upgrade and provided a discount due to the delays. I was frustrated with the delay at first but she made it worth it and it shows how this company treats people. Will definitely recommend to my peers.

Parson's Desk Requires a DRILL and 3+ Hours Assembly and Not honestly advertised
I ordered the four leg Parsons Desk and I couldn't be more disappointed. First of all, they are recycling the desk tops from the two leg desks, such that none of the holes align with the four leg frame. As a result, they just insert a piece of paper with a DRILL BIT so that you can drill your own holes in the desk top and assemble it yourself. To further patronize you, they'll email you "5 minute assembly" videos, which is for a different desk. The Parsons Desk will take a minimum of 3 hours to assemble, and you must have a drill. To make matters worse, one of the legs was defective and wouldn't slide smoothly into the frame. As a result, the parts are not flush, and it looks like I bought my desk from an open box sale. The support team has been friendly, but has offered insufficient solutions, and taken no accountability for the obvious shortcuts and lazy marketing of this product. I forgot to add that they upsell you on accessories that DO NOT FIT the parsons desk as well.

I've ordered from UPLIFT multiple times over the years, and it's been a five-star experience every single time. The products hold up, and the service consistently outperforms the rest of the category.
This latest order was no exception, and Luca Marzari deserves the credit. I needed a non-standard configuration that didn't fit the online configurator, so I called in. Luca handled the whole thing cleanly: first quote, then a fast revised quote after my amendments. He went out of his way to reinstate an expired store credit and add a small coupon on top of the active promo. Every detail was right on the first PDF, and payment was frictionless. If you need anything off-menu from UPLIFT, ask for Luca.

My uplift desk is awesome. I recently had two issues with my legs. Sean A and Rachel L on the customer service team were incredible. They got me replacements parts quickly under warranty and they very communicative through. Highly recommend this desk as a product and the team behind it,

I purchased my UPLIFT Desk back in 2019, it has a warranty, but close to a decade later I needed some replacement screws and rubber stoppers for an older version frame. Kelvin put in a request to the warehouse and made it happen.
Never have I felt more taken care of by an organization I purchased something from.
No regrets for this purchase even after all of these years.

I purchased a desk which was damaged during shipment. Uplift's customer service was excellent. Jose was very prompt in communicating with me, letting me know my options and took care of the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again based on this experience.
