Minor issue - great experience
I had a minor issue with an Uplift desk that I purchased a few years ago with a small crack in the bamboo surface. It wasn’t worth replacing the whole desk, but Kris R. was fantastic in walking me through how to keep it from getting any worse and offering a reasonable compensation. The whole experience made me feel that Uplift really stands behind their product.

Great ordering and customer service
After reading lots of reviews and doing a ton of research, finally decided on an Uplift desk. Excellent product options and desktop choices, very easy to drill down into the many many details for accessories. Had to contact the site help chat to get an upgrade option not initially allowed by default, and Bney P helped me out quickly and professionally with a custom order. Super easy to buy from the custom order link and now I'm just waiting for the goods to arrive and the assembly "fun" to begin - hopefully I'll still be married by the end of it.

Linda Sanchez very helpful and prompt in her communication. I mistakenly chose the wrong color when I ordered my desk and I didn't realize the mistake until after the order had been submitted.
I reached out to Uplift support, and they promptly addressed and fixed my color choice and also used that communication to confirm other parts of the order such as the base color and the address. Very great customer service!

Amazing customer service!
I had reached out to customer service to ask if any Black Friday sales were coming up because I was debating whether to order now or wait for a holiday sale. They had a promotion going on for $100 off $999+ but unfortunately the desk I wanted didn't meet the minimum for the coupon. When I reached out, first the chat box was great and helped redirect me to a person right away. I got in touch with Atarrius, who was super friendly and helpful! He had great communication and was just generally wonderful to speak with. He helped me get approval for a discount even though I didn't meet the minimum for the coupon! I very much appreciated the flexibility. Atarrius made my experience getting my standing desk great and super easy! I read reviews about Uplift and they are absolutely worth the hype.
Great customization and customer support
I had been in search of a nice desk for my home office and when I came across Uplift Desk I was thrilled to see what they offer! Not only to they have a wide range of customization options, their customer service is excellent! Their 3D rendering that automatically adds the selected options was incredibly helpful. I called their support with one question about monitor mounts and they were quick to pick up the phone and had an answer within minutes!
Lastly, after I placed my order I realized I messed up the shipping address. Again, they were quick to pick up the phone and Jeremy Laurel helped to get the shipment redirect. He also gave me direct email updates. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service! Thank you, Jeremy.

It's great when order glitches get resolved, but rare when they are handled as quickly, efficiently, and with such a pleasant representative such as Sean Arguera, the rep I just had the luck to encounter. There was genuine interest in solving my shipment problem, and the return resolution was speedy and complete. I went from having a problem to finding a new and trusted supplier to use and refer friends and co-workers to.
