Easy to design, great customer service
It was easy to customize the perfect desk. Delivery was quick, and the interface with TaskRabbit made providing instructions to a Tasker seamless. Sean A from their Customer Service team was an amazing part of the experience - he facilitated easy return of an unwanted part, replacement of a defective part, and replacement of a missing part with minimal effort on my part. This desk is probably the best furniture item in my home and has had a real impact on my productivity - I would recommend it (and their customer service) wholeheartedly.

Great customer service experience with Danielle B. After receiving a table top, I realized I would actually prefer a different color wood for the space the desk would reside in. On the website it was extremely straightforward to start a chat with a customer service rep. After answering some initial questions, I was connected with Danielle who quickly looked up my order. She was able to set up a return for the current table top I had while also forwarding me a quote to purchase the new table top I was looking for. Overall she was very responsive, and I was able to quickly set up my return and replacement.

I ordered a four leg V2 desk from Uplift with a laminate desktop. Upon arrival, I realized the laminate was a poor fit for me. I called customer support and ended up talking with Natalie Zamora. She was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She didn't rush me, or try to pressure me in any way. She even took the time to take pictures of the floor models of desktops so that I could see what they actually looked like in comparison to each other. I ended up getting the Acacia Chevron top because it seemed to be the best fit for what I was looking for. I haven't received the Acacia top yet, and I haven't assembled the desk. So, I can't speak for the desk yet. However, the customer service of Uplift and Natalie Zamora is exceptional, and I'm very pleased with the transaction.

Tax exemption
Yesterday, I had to call in because my supervisor purchased desks on his PCard but we're a tax exempt university and needed the tax removed from the invoice. I called in and Courtland helped sort it out. I emailed our tax number and exemption letter to him after our call and promptly heard back from Courtland that afternoon. Today I asked for an updated invoice without tax so that procurement could reconcile the PCard and, again, he responded very promptly. I appreciate the help.
