Best customer support I've experienced in a while
My large desktop had some cosmetic damage that happened in transit. I reached out to Uplift to resolve and received a prompt response representative Jeremy Laurel. He provided outstanding customer service with the utmost professionalism and resolved my issue quickly. I'm quite impressed with Uplift and and their customer-centric support. I will certainly buy any future desks and office furniture from Uplift after this stellar customer treatment. I will also share my positive experience with others who are looking for a desk.

Jeremy Laurel provided excellent customer service in getting my replacement cable after I submitted a warranty replacement. Personable, polite, and knowledgeable. 10/10.

UPLIFT Desk stands behind their product
Purchased an UPLIFT desk a couple of months ago and just noticed a very deep, long fissure in the solid wood desktop. Not sure if it was delivered that way, or developed since we got it, but I sent photos and contacted customer service, where Jeremy got back to me the same day saying they’d replace the desktop by the end of the week! I was relieved because the desk was expensive and the crack was an eyesore and a nuisance. So thanks to Jeremy and the company for standing behind their product and providing great customer service!

Quality Office Furniture with Great Customer Support
I've purchased several items from UPLIFT Desk over the years. Their product quality is great and their customer service is top notch! I had an issue with the hydraulic lift on one side of my desk a while back and they sent out a replacement promptly. Most recently I worked with "Fantasia Banks" on an order and she was such a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend UPLIFT Desk if you want quality office furniture with great customer support.

Amazing Customer Service
I worked with Sean Arguera over the course of nearly 2 months to resolve issues I had with interoperability of multiple products. While one, a standing desk converter, ended up not working out for me, Sean and the warranty team worked HARD to make this right, sending replacements to resolve any potential product issues and taking care of me as a customer when the product eventually didn't fit my setup. Uplift has consistently provided the best customer service I've experienced across any product company over the years.

Accidentally ordered the wrong feet size for my desk base. Reached out to customer service and within minutes, Britney Pete was able to fix my order! So far so good, will update when I have had a chance to use the frame!

Easy To Work With
We bought 3 desks for our office and it was fairly pain free. There was a little bit of damage on one of the desk tops when it arrived. We were able to get a replacement quickly (we could have gotten a credit or free gift instead, as the damage didn't render the desktop completely unusable, but it was enough that we just opted for the replacement). There was also some issue with the legs (one of the desks we purchased was an L-shapped standing desk and we were sent feet for a standard desk). When we realized we were missing parts/had gotten the wrong parts, UpLift and more specifically Fantasia were awesome to work with to get the issue sorted out. Incredibly professional, courteous, and apologetic, the issue was resolved within a few days.
