Terrible Customer Service
Poor customer service. Creating an account requires an email address. You can use any email address you want, even someone else's. This happened to me. Someone used my email address. When I asked their customer service to remove my account, they ignored me. After multiple requests to remove my account, my account is still active, an account that I didn't ask for

Joke of a company..
they deceive with promises of 'high speed' and unlimited downloads etc..
instead, with my 130mb broadband speed, I get 1mb downloads and a daily download cap for quite an expensive fee !
seriously? that's fraud. they are lucky they are a russian based company.
I will be more careful in the future.. that said, they hosted specific files that I needed so otherwise I wouldn't have gone with them.
oh, and yeah they don't tell you that its a subscription, but you can change this setting so that it won't renew*
would have been funny if they did, a nice call to my bank and they would have had a nice day. Heck, I could still call my bank and say they didn't offer the service and get my money back, but not worth my time.

Terrible company .... automatic renewal which will keep taking your money even if you never agree to it
I paid to use Upstore for one month as a trial........ little did I know that they set an automatic renewal called "eternal premium" which keeps taking money out of your account, without you knowing.
When I discovered that the money had been going out for 2 months after my trial month, I requested a refund but this was refused.
The company stated that the T&Cs were clear about the Eternal premium and the fact that you can unsubscribe at any time.
I have only ever received one email from them with my login details and the first payment... no further confirmation of following payments was ever received.
Please stay clear of this company, poor customer service and questionable practices with regards to payment processes.

Will steal your identity!
Upstore is a scam. DO NOT TRUST your personal information with upastore. If i can say one thing its that you should find another file sharing service and not one that is overseas with absolutely NO customer support. This company is a scam dont do it!
