A great purchase experience.

The communications where always prompt and courteous. The bike arrived sooner than the committed date and was exactly as they described. There was a small problem which Upway helped me resolve quickly and completely to my satisfaction. And of course the price was very good for the high quality bike I received. I have already recommended Upway to others.

Overall

Overall, I’m very happy with the bike I received from UPWAY. The good: UPWAY was very responsive, answering questions quickly when I asked and helping resolve an issue I had with a cross-threaded crank arm. The bike was packaged well and was accurately described. Your responsibility as a buyer is to ensure you know what you are looking for. This means you have to do your homework on the bike you’re looking at. Double check things on the manufacturer’s website regarding sizing and documentation for the bike. If there’s something that doesn’t make sense, ask about it BEFORE you buy the bike. They don’t have deep inventory levels and their bikes are often one-of-a-kind. Think overstock or demos from a LBS or an individual selling a bike they didn’t like/need anymore. So if something isn’t right, it’s not like they can simply ship you another bike. They’ll work with you but unless you’re good at wrenching, you’re probably going to have to take it your LBS and be reimbursed for a repair. Shipping bikes back and forth isn’t practical or cost effective. Would I buy from UPWAY again? Yes I would because they often have unique bikes as nd I’m into that.

The Company contact from Customer…

The Company contact from Customer service to support was seamless. If you message them, they respond with in hours. They gave me two legitimate quotes to buy my two e bikes from me.
Great company to work with and definitely recomnend them!!!!

Purchased of Scott Voltage

Overall it was an amazing experience. I really have enjoyed the bike so far. This was my very first purchase of an e-bike. I will say that the shipping company got my bike safe to me but setting up delivery was difficult and took several days longer than it should.

Great followup service

We purchased our ebike and were really happy with it. Came out of the box without issue, and was packaged and delivered in a timely and well organized manner. The only issue was the battery pack was completely stuck and would not come out. Thankfully, not only was followup service helpful in guiding through troubleshooting steps, they also covered the cost of the otherwise nominal repair we needed to do with the bike to get the battery out with the help of a professional bike shop, getting rid of the only issue with the used bike. With that, the bike we got was everything we needed at a reasonable price, and the service gave a peace of mind that usually doesn't come with online sales.

Entire experience was far beyond expectations.

The entire experience was outstanding. Tremendous selection, outstanding website, sales representative I worked with was professional, engaging, knowledgeable and not pushy. The inspection report was accurate and thorough. The bike I purchased was as described and the packaging and shipping was 1st class. The directions to assemble the handlebars was easy to follow and the video short and accurate. I’ve already recommended Upway to 3 people. Their warranty is great and price fair. The best company I’ve dealt with recently. They get it. Definitely customer focused.

Loving every minute of it!

Bike arrived safely. Packaging was protective and nothing was damaged. The Habit Neo 2 is amazing and I am loving the ability to explore more trails and climb up hills. This is one of my best purchases in a long time. Thanks.

Right out of the gate

Right out of the gate, the customer service was exceptional. Eric proactively reached out, inquiring about the bike I had in my cart. It was a Friday, and I told him I'd make my decision on Monday. He politely cautioned that the bikes tend to sell quickly. Sure enough, by Monday, the bike was gone. Eric assured me it's a great place to buy quality items, and I wholeheartedly agree. Eric informed how to save or get alerts on specific bikes and it worked I walked away with the bike I wanted. I encountered nothing but professional and helpful staff throughout my experience. I feel confident about my used bike purchase, and time will tell how it holds up. I would definitely recommend Upway to anyone in the market for a bike. Jay was incredibly helpful in coordinating the shipping of my bike. The process was seamless, and I appreciated the ability to select both the delivery date and a convenient 4-hour window. This eliminated all the uncertainty and made the entire experience stress-free.

Very nice ebikes, great support

We bought some really nice ebikes. Prices were very reasonable. The packing of the bikes was impressive. We had a couple issues that came up but the support team responded quickly and worked to resolve it.

Lost bike with very little help from Upway

Well, let’s start with the fact that I never received the bike! I only get lip-service from your customer care team with no action on locating the bike. They are asking me to forward any details I might receive from my FedEx claim. Pretty sure Upway would have a lot more pull than me as an individual. I feel as though Upway couldn’t care less if this bike is ever found.
Almost spending $6k for a bike and getting this lack of service is completely unacceptable.

We do our best to ensure that all of our bikes are shipped smoothly with FedEx, but unfortunately issues can arise during transit and I can see that your bike was lost. While we have submitted multiple requests to FedEx regarding your shipment, this doesn't change the fact that you did not receive the bike that you ordered.
An Upway support agent will be reaching out to you directly to see how we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

Purchase

Purchase, delivery, and assembly were easy. Was surprised that safety reflectors, front and rear, were not included. I can find elsewhere but can't think of a bike coming without any. Also, an owner's manual. I can obviously search online and find one, but a link in would have made it easier.
