We love our BERTAZZONI range. The combination of style and function is wonderful. I didn’t want loads of touch screens and things that are likely to break quickly.The quality and craftsmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommend BERTAZZONI! My friend has a BERTAZZONI and she recommended it.Now I’m sold. User friendly, great cooking experience, easy clean up and beautiful all at a great price!

Service request
Communication was very inconsistent and lacking.
After registering my purchase with the company.
I received two emails requesting the same information and after sending it twice,
I received no response from any of the people on the email chain. Then I received a call from a appliances repair company (I nearly blocked the call! ) But answerered it. Explained the issues, I told them to call before they arrive but they showed up at my back door, the dog was not happy!

Ordered a replacement light for my oven…
Ordered a replacement light for my oven in April. I had to follow up 3 times for delivery information. 3 months later still no light and they tell me there is no ETD. The light is $80 and no replacement parts. Cannot even reach Bertazzoni via email or phone. Zero incentive to buy this product again

It is a notch above the typical range offered. I actually like the safety feature of thermo-coupling & surprised its not offered in standard ranges. The heat exhausts out of the front that I understand is normal but not like my previous ranges. the knobs are a bit non intuitive for the ordering of the heat elements but not a big issue Overall, so far, glad we went this way.

Great, but the instructions to install take a few minutes to understand
Beautiful, well made countertop range. Almost easy installation. If you are doing it yourself, you will spend 10 minutes looking at the little pictures to understand how all the supports are put together.

Bertazzoni has the WORST customer service
Bertazzoni has the WORST customer support. Do NOT buy Bertazzoni if you want your fridge to last more then 2 years. I've been trying to reach their technical support FOR A MONTH, and have not heard back to help fix my fridge. Their appliances look nice, but fall apart FAST and they make it EXTREMELY difficult to repair.

I’m very impressed with this induction cooktop. My previous electric cooktop took forever to boil water.
Easy to use and clean.
Would definitely recommend it.

Bought a new Ref few months in advance…
Bought a new Ref few months in advance for my new house. As unit was being installed in new house right side door was damaged. A replacement door was sent and the service company came to install and door was damaged in same exact spot as the original, although a bit less intrusive, so we had them put it on. Contacted distributor and was told Bertazzonni only warranty cosmetics for 30 days after purchase. Found out that the distributor covered the cost. I proved to them by showing my new house closing documents that the factory sealed box was opened and installed several months after purchase. I wrote to Bertazzonni and didn’t receive a response back. Called the call center no response
Even e mailed the ceo no response
I understand the 30 day cosmetic window for a claim, however do you the circumstances this should be covered
Not a great experience with a horrible outcome
Unit was bought from Milestone Distributors In Carrolton Texas and services by Euro Tech in North Charleston SC

Expected much more..
Expected much more... Purchased 2 refrigerators and neither one makes ice and one will not keep food cold it will not even get to 40* so makes the entire unit worthless. Plus the layout and lack of flexibility to adjust is not preferred and is inconvenient making for less storage capacity. The inside layout in the dishwasher is not good and it is inconvenient, absolutely annoyed by the silverware basket and its stability. For a higher end appliances not impressed. We purchased the same appliances for two homes which one home will be out of warranty by the time they get installed and cannot wait to see what they have wrong, we anticipate that one or more of the appliances will have an issues that we will have to put in more money to repair. We have put in a warranty repair for the two ice maker issues and the lack of getting cold but have heard nothing back??? Circkets.... Had to put in another ticket today with a canned response and no way to track any progress...crazy. The Gas cooktop is nice but until you get familiar with it, you can burn yourself easily lighting the unit and low flame is NOT an option for simmer. No complaints about the double oven. It would be nice to get a resolution to the problems but have little hope this review will be addressed. Sure hope to have some ice and a working refrigerator that actually keeps food cold in near future at the very least! Any help would be appreciated.

Gas Range
Purchased a gas range in 2023. Looks awesome. Very disappointed to be servicing the non-functioning oven in 2026, after the two year warranty expired of course. Range was purchased from Brothers Main Appliance in Madison, WI in December 2022 for delivery April 2023.

Prompt professional, concise, courteous response to all email inquiries. All email responses started with the "first name" and included how they can help. Initial issue was the "temperature gauge" of the range (in-op) customer service immediately had service repair tech replace the gauge. I value that the company is taking pride in their product.

Terrific induction range
My first induction range meets all my expectations: water rapidly comes to a boil, how to use is very clear with excellent instructions. Safety features are clear. The convection oven has multiple choices for fan use with features for convection roasting and convection baking. The range top and oven are easy to clean.

Oven runs hotter than temperature…
Oven runs hotter than temperature selected. First bake burned the bread. A technician came out verified oven temps were off. Took 1 month to get a replacement part. He replaced the temp gauge and now the gauge randomly displays a set up mode. Currently it is OFF 50:130 and cannot reset. Paid several thousand dollars for this stove.

We have only had our range for a few…
We have only had our range for a few weeks. So far so good. The oven is amazing, preheats quickly. The aesthetics of this appliance fits in perfectly in our kitchen. Having a 4 year warranty gives us peace of mind.
