It's a complete scam.
I paid $198 online and I had an appointment at USPS. They said there is no online payout, this website is a scam, hope I can get my money back.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Stay away from this company has been nothing but a total nightmare. I got scammed by this company. I had gone onto the USpS website to book a passport appointment and some how got redirected to US Priority records who took my payment and now won’t refund my money. I have never even applied for a passport with them or start any process with them. I have sent numerous emails and they keep harassing me with emails and phone calls saying they need personal information which I do not feel comfortable giving them but won’t help with the situation.they sent a link for the cancellation but the info on there makes it sound like I had an existing order that I am trying to cancel. They keep telling me I have to email the cancellation department and that I physically can not speak to anyone in the cancellation department. I have reported the fraud to my bank and hoping I can get my money back.

It refused my bonafide credit card and mobile number. However, glad to see that it accepts a photo for my passpport that i hope can be completed after your call tomorrow.

This place is an absolute SCAM, they charge you 100 just to send you links you can find for free on the post office website. Avoid at all cost, their website is misleading.

This is a scam. Reported to my bank. Paid over 227.00 for absolutely nothing. When I went to,y appointment at the post office I had to pay again! I paid the post office the processing fee and photo fee, so what was the purpose of paying us priority. Nothing. They provided no services. They don’t answer their phones and when you try to rate them from the link they send you all you get is error messages. Please don’t use. Scam. Be warned.

Total scam. Do not answer their calls. No way to contact. Absolutely terrible!! Do not use. They make it look like you’re paying for the passport but all the fees are for expediting. I paid $287. For something that is free. Disputing charges.

Very vague instructions with little recourse for help

The website was simple enough to use but once I submitted the application I started receiving texts and emails that my application was incomplete. When I went to edit my application my only option was to pay for another application which is about $230. Now I’m in the process of trying to get my money back and I have heard nothing. You’re better off just going to the us department of states website, following the steps and paying the $170 to the post office. It’s cheaper and takes the same amount of time.

The person who assisted me was kind and patient and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very helpful.

I completed the renewal process on my cell phone, which was a challenge since I don’t have a computer. This process took longer than expected but with your support, I successfully completed and submitted it.
