This company is a complete scam. They called and emailed me every day after I paid the fee to expedite a new passport, wanting my social security number and other sensitive information on their own private form - not the passport form the US government uses. They also couldn't guarantee I'd get my passport in time, but refuse to give any refund.

They are not even based out of the US and are *not* contracted with the US State Dept, even though they use the logo. Complete scam, stay far far away from this company.

FRAUD!!! Everything seemed right.
Made me create username, password under their website. I fill out passport application, choose fallow up date got email, calls, help me with passport post office scheduling, made payment through their website. Just to find out the date of my appointment, post office had never received any payment whatsoever and l got overcharged for actual service fee. DO NOT BELIEVE!!!

This company is a scam. While trying to schedule a passport with the USPS, I mistakenly clicked on their site and paid them $199. When the agent called me back and informed me that they were an "expediter", I immediately tried to cancel the order and requested a refund. They refused to refund my money, even though they provided me NO SERVICES WHATSOEVER! Do not use this company, they are a scam!

Paid $199.00 fee at the beginning.I thought this was going to be the charge for my passport renewal. When I got to the end I found out that I now had to pay an additional fee for my passport renewal. They didn’t mention that the first $199.00 was only their fee. Very deceptive .

This seems like an easy way to renew a Passport, although I still need to send in my old one?
The system required information about my parents and spouse, which was not required on the paper form I printed out earlier.

DO NOT USE!!! This is a scam company. It is not affiliated with US Government for passport renewal. It looked like official site. I was scammed out of $298 dollars for expedited service. I caught on before I mailed them my passport for renewal. Now they won't answer the phone to refund my money. My suggestion is to go to the post office directly to set up an appointment.

I feel very frustrated because your company is not going to refund me the full amount. Especially since I didn't use the service. Plus, I paid an extra $ 99 for expedited service, and that wasn't accomplished. I paid 298 dollars to not use a service. I don't think that's fair. When I paid the 298 dollars, your company scheduled a call appointment to contact me and I never received it.. I called 24 hours in advance to cancel. I consider it a service that works quite poorly. Why Aria make me fill out an application if they're not going to refund my money?"
They took $298 from me and didn't provide the service. Don't use it. It's the worst experience I've ever had. They didn't want to refund my money..

I googled the US government website and got to “ travel.state.gov. Then I filled all forms requested for applying for a passport and thereafter saw a payment link. I clicked it and it led to this “uspriorityrecords” website. I still thought I was still working on the government official website and made my payment of $298. In a while my bank sent me an email about the transaction saying that the payee is in the United Kingdom! Now I realized I had been scammed. It’s a fraud! Although I submitted a fraud report to my bank, they said there would still be a risk of losing my money, even if it was still in the pending period. I just don’t understand why the bank could not hold the money during the pending period. Anyhow, what’s more incredible and crazy, the scammer has kept sending me texts, emails and phone calls saying that I still got to complete more forms, trying to make you feel they are serious about it. OMG it’s the first time in my life to see this kind of scammer. With my reviews here I do hope there will be less people to get scammed by this “uspriorityrecords”.

Scam!!!! I was sent here from federal line for post office unknowingly that I was at the wrong site. I needed to make an appointment with my local post office for passport. They charged me an exorbitant fee and didn't have anything to actually do with my passport or post office. When asked for a refund since I didn't actually use their services, they refused and said they'd go after my credit if I dispute with bank.

I just wish the appointment time was a little more explicit about what the appointment was for. It leaves the impression that you should be going to the passport center at that appointment time.
