Scammer to many odd circumstances

This company is bogus! They appear legit with a .org website bit they will take your money and then tell you you cannot speak to a person but rather submit an email to "support" for a refund.

I had a little trouble coordinating payment with filling out application. Was surprised pymt came first and skipped that step. Filled out some type of app which was not the right one. Later got it figured out. Maybe because I’m an older adult it took me longer to get the sequence. Maybe organize site in steps.

This is a scam. They take your money and offer you nothing. It’s actually easier to do the process yourself than to use this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worse service and reliability!! I appied to renew my passport, they took my payment and told me Ibwould get a phone call appointment to complete my renewal application. I received the phone call within a day and was given and order # to go online and complete the application. When I went online there was a technical issue that would not allow me to enter my order # ( which was required to complete the application). The 1st tier help desk walked me through many different troubleshooting options over multiple days without success. I ask to work with a technician and never heard from anyone in tech support but I was assured the issue had been escalated to tech services.
I received calls daily from lower level help desk assuring me the issue was fixed. It was not! This went on for 5 weeks. I was never able to get past sign-in and attempting to enter my order #. Finally, I had to ask for a refund because or travel was approaching and I could not wait any longer. I requested a redund and after 2 more weeks of waiting I received a 50% refund due to tech charges. The technical issue that prevented me from completing my application was 100% on US Priority Records. Not to mention they left me hanging for 4 weeks without resolution before I had to go elsewhere to renew my passport. This business practice is unscrupulous and lacks professionalism. I would never recommend taking your chances with this company.

i applied for what i thought was a passport renewal. when i discovered this IS NOT AN OFFICIAL SITE i immediately tried to cancel. they are refusing to cancel. i have not recieved ANY service from them, but they say they can't cancel. this is a scam site. be careful.

This website and company is a complete scam. Not only was I redirected from the usps website to them through a link but they refuse to give my money back. Saying it's their policy. Be careful when applying for a passport. If you get to their site they will rip you off. Do NOT click anything and report them

This company is probably not legit. I asked for a refund before I completed the original application and they refused to return my money. I have been trying to contact their office and talk to someone but they can’t connect me directly to the cancellation department even though it is the same phone number. I have waited for a return call which was supposed to come within an hour and never received it. Only can talk with the answering service.

If you want to waste money on a scam, then this scam is for you. You will be misled, you pay, find out that the service they offer is not what you thought it would be, and even if you do not use their consultation service, they will refuse to refund you because...you paid already. They will waste your time throughout the cancellation process only at the end of it to receive an email saying that there is no withdrawal once you pay.
