I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first. Dealing with energy providers feels complicated or stressful more often than not, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the process.
However, my experience turned out to be excellent thanks to Jacob. From the beginning, he was professional, patient, and very reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood each step, which immediately put my mind at ease.
What I appreciated most was how smoothly everything went. Jacob handled things efficiently and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. I never felt rushed or left wondering what would happen next.
It’s rare to come away from a utility interaction feeling genuinely impressed, but this was one of those times. Thanks again to Jacob for the great service! It made a big difference.

I recently dealt with Cameron Mahan at Utilink Consulting and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer service provided. Cameron was professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I fully understood each step. Nothing felt rushed, and I genuinely felt like my concerns were taken seriously.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Cameron followed up when promised, which really shows reliability and commitment to customers. It’s rare to receive such attentive and efficient service these days.

Not to happy about meter changes and being charged the daily charge for ateo mpans that are not attached to meters and now do not have a supply attached to them

Our business had been liaising with another energy broker that did not deliver! Dean Quinnin has been incredibly efficient throughout all correspondence. Emails and calls are received when promised. Information is explained thoroughly and presented clearly and he's been able to answer all questions in a manner that offers no room for ambiguity.
We are in a position where we feel confident that the utilities will be professionally managed, in our best interest, for the foreseeable future.
