Just moved to holland from the UK.... daunted by the process of setting up a internet connection in a foreign land..... The lady who helped me spoke perfect english was kind and was simply great at her job!!

I got here from Spain and I did not really know what do do and how to get providers. With this amazing service it was very helpful to get all set up very quickly.

As a newcomer to the Netherlands, we had no idea how to secure contracts with the utilities companies. Where we come from in Kentucky, there is one provider for electricity and gas and another for water. There is no choice. So imagine our surprise when there were several options on choosing providers.

Utility Provider was suggested by the property management company with whom we signed a lease. I communicated first via email with Lente and then spoke with her on the phone to understand the options and to make a decision about providers. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in quickly applying for utilities.

I would recommend this company to anyone coming to the Netherlands so you can save yourself time researching each provider. Lente's English is absolutely perfect!

To be honest I'm not someone that takes time to answer questionnaire, but Utility Provider is a great service that takes care of things which I hate!

Perfect service en zeer klantvriendelijk. Binnen 10 min per telefoon alles geregeld voor gas, water, licht en televisie/internet/telefoon.

I strongly recommend the service of Utility Provider to choose water, electricity and gas providers.
Alexander from utility provider has suggested me different providers with minor differences in price and also advised me on which one is the fastest to connect electricity and gas (i.e GreenChoice in 3 weeks). Alexander explained me that in my case it was essential to select the fastest one because I initiate that contract only one week before moving in. Effectively I received a letter from that I will be disconnected from electricity and gas two weeks after moving in, if the contract with the new provider is not fast enough. Thanks to Alexander I have avoided to live an apartment without electricity and gas. In addition, Alexander simplified me the registration process and ensured that GreenChoice starts on time. I would rate utility provider 6 starts out of 5 if it was possible.

Goed en vriendelijk geholpen, met gedetailleerde informatie en kennis. Paar vertragingen door missen telefoonafspraak en er waren ontbrekende gegevens. Had ook graag gewoon simpel op high level de opties gehoord, voor/ nadelen om oude te contract behouden/ opzeggen// in plaats van meteen nieuwe contract aanbiedingen en acties van providers.

I spoke to Alexander who was very articulate and gave me a comprehensive overview of all the energy and gas providers in The Netherlands. His informative and friendly approach helped me make, what could have been a long-drawn out process and decision, quick, efficient and pain-less. I would highly recommend Utility Provider and ask for Alexander if you can!

He took our situation into account that we were first timers and was always patient and helpful ! He's found us some amazing deals and I didn't have to worry about contacting anyone- he did it all for us!
