Overall good service though close to the end the communication could have been better to close the loop. Realized for Ziggo that the new contract was set up but request was never placed for the engineer to come home & install :). These gaps could have been avoided through better communication and complete closure of the topic. However, the team & especially Dominique were very helpful otherwise to explain the services and assist in the process.

I have received a good support from my host, since I just arrived to the Netherlands and I don’t know how the services works. My host help me to find the best solution and price according to our requirement, beside He was very patient answering the many question that I did.

I have been very pleased with the service offered by Utility provider. I have been in contact with one contact person and not with a call center. So the service is very efficient and personalized.
My contact Joost, understood my needs very quickly and was always very reactive and even proactive. Joost is very friendly, efficient and always come back to me very quickly. As I am not from the Netherlands that was the perfect solution to help to understand how things work here.
I have saved a lot of time working with Utility provider.

Dominique was really knowledgeable at her work, however i would really like her to sometimes pause between her sentence and allow the other party to speak. All in all, she is a great person

I was a little skeptical after reading what Iedereen Bespaart does for their customers - for no fee. Because I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, I used their services for my move from Germany to Delft NL. I was extremely impressed with Dominique's fast response and thorough knowledge of all that needed to be done to connect my new home to gas, water, electrical and internet. One of the best services out there and it's for free! Find that somewhere else!
