Utter garbage
Utter garbage, promises PT, live classes and on demand classes. Instead get no PT, 2 live classes at the crack of dawn and nil else for the rest of the day and the same 5 on demand classes. Not to mention the quality, am in mirror number 3, first scratched and dented, second screen damage, third scratched again. Yet they refuse to refund my money. What a scam.

Counting the days until membership can…
Counting the days until membership can be cancelled... tied in for a year to an expensive membership ..content is boring after couple weeks of use, live classes are at times I can't do with young children, if there are any at all...any ideas I have given for classes to make them more fun aren't taken on board, staff don't stay meaning neither do their classes. The community on Facebook says it all as the majority have buyers remorse. I regret spending so much money on a product that does not deliver and hasn't been used for almost ten months and will be totally useless when my membership is cancelled in January... AVOID

Very high quality and good content!
Had my Vaha X for 6months now.
Great device with a high quality finish - really feels like you have a 6 foot tall iPhone in your living room.
Good classes, use it 3-4 times a week, the only thing I would ask for is more classes for my Cross-Fit preparation, then it would be truly 5/5! Vaha.com I hope you are reading this ;)

I started my VAHA journey this summer…
I started my VAHA journey this summer and couldn't be happier with my choice. There's a huge variety of classes and the coolest thing is that my personal trainer helped me to create my training schedule to achieve my fitness goals after a long break from doing sports. No excuses not to exercise from now on, highly recommended :)

The VAHA mirror gives me the perfect…
The VAHA mirror gives me the perfect opportunity to do my workouts in the comfort of my own living room. I do not always have the time to go to the gym, which is why i decided to bring the workout to me. So far, I am very happy and my body is as well!

Ich bin so dankbar mit dem VAHA Fitnessspiegel trainieren zu dürfen, ich spare sehr viel Zeit, da ich nicht extra ins gym fahren muss und die Auswahl an verschiedenen Trainingsmöglichkeiten und vorallem die Betreuung durch die Personal Trainer ist einmalig. Ich habe schon mein Ziel erreicht und halte es durch den Spiegel konstant. Danke!

Scam. The offer is way below. I'm stuck with a very expensive gadget that is useless. The service been degrading over time... Very disappointed and feel I've been scammed really.

I am an existing customer. When I originally left this review in February, I marked them at a 3 and said "Don't sign up just yet!" giving the benefit of the doubt. Now I can categorically state, I wasted TWO THOUSAND pounds on a mirror (I also have a membership contract for 150 a month. I do love the mirror and concept but the business plan has kept changing, the only thing that matters is their bottom line.
* Forget live classes, there are hardly any and often all around the same time. More recently, there are only Barre classes.
* They now have this fake live class called Encore, its a recording of a live class!
* There is not enough new content
* Kids classes were cancelled we were told they would return but never did
* Movement tracking was cancelled. When I first got my mirror I was super impressed that it outlined my body in a really hi tech way, showing me how to move. This lasted a few weeks and was gone.
* Pricing can be confusing especially around their deals and when your "trial" ends (it can just end up being deducted from the total) myself and several other members have chatted on their group and none of us got the trial in the end. It was a scam.
* You may or may not get the right unit or plug for your country according to many in the group.
* No one person watches or comments on the Facebook support group consistently, (update they did put someone on the group recently) either its left to its own devices or clients help each other, VERY occasionally a staff member comments - not one figurehead
* They had a UK office then shut it down without replacing staff.
* They recently added more content. In German.
* Female personal trainers few and far between. One wasn't available at all when I originally made my choice.
* The personal training sessions you sign up for are HALF hours.
* Its such a shame because everyone you deal with is young, enthusiastic and focussed, but there's clearly some restructuring, poor management and complete lack of cohesiveness.
* Support is VERY part time and half the time "staff shortages" ok so Covid presents challenges for all but you get the feeling there were not enough staff in the first place, after closing down their UK branch, you just keep reading or hearing "bear with / be patient - with us"
* I once went to an online meeting organised by the company, oh my God I could spend an hour writing about that, I could not believe what was said, it was actually quite shocking.
* Over hyped service for an underwhelming reality.
BOUGHT OUT BY A SUPPLEMENTS COMPANY who came in and immediately started to sell us programmes of their own products for hundreds of pounds without any proper introduction AND no mention of any of our issues, I honestly don't think they know what's been going on.

Awful customer service
Had the mirror delivered. Actually only had half the delivery. No accessories with it. I notified them within an hour that I wasn’t happy and I wanted to return it.
It took 5 days to collect it.
It was returned 3 weeks ago and they have only just confirmed they have received it, because I chased them.
I still have NOT had a refund.
Terrible customer service
I wouldn’t deal with them again and I have told family and friends about it too which has put them off the company too.

USELESS…NO POWER LEAD
Received a lovely £1800 mirror today. No power lead so cannot even plug it in. VAHA say there is an issue with power leads and they cannot find which warehouse they are in? Abysmal level of service.

Great Exercise Mirror
This is a great piece of exercise equipment. The feedback features (AI & PT Sessions) make this a cut above the rest. The interactive screen is a great size and the mirror enables you to keep good form. Way more addictive than I anticipated, even looking at my rowing, running and cables workouts. The customer service was excellent and the delivery company was great. Helen could not have been more helpful and the two delivery guys installed as requested. However, I did almost miss the request to confirm the delivery. Certainly worth giving the Vaha a go. Having considered every alternative ... for us, there is only one choice.

Very very addictive. So far so good, a big big thank you to Helen, Amazing helpful. Best fitness buy. And am still using. It not turned into a clothes horse,
Loving everything moment of this VAHA. Its addictive 😍, so far so good, the motion tracking classes should be fun, the personal trainer calls are just like being face to face at the gym, checked posture etc.
Very knowledgeable. No fly-by-night set up here, 4 wk training plan great, pt on hand for any questions, tested this late yesterday and yes she was there to help, none of this we will discuss nxt time, 😀. Well gotta go, booked a mediation class,
