The Valerian Max is undoubtedly the most stunning projector out there. It should end up in a Design museum, even better in the hand than the photos can do justice too.

I ordered over the Christmas Holiday and while it took a while to get a reply regarding tracking issues. They apologised for the delay - due to higher holiday interest and orders.

My initial issue was due to the SHOP APP as it wasn’t updating the tracking information - so I had no idea what was happening. ‘SHOP’ was set to pending until it arrived. I was in a panic. Was it lost or delayed? I had no idea. So for me the SHOP app was useless.

Valerion should implement an automated reply email when you contact them, I’mtold this is in the pipeline so fingers crossed. As you currently have no idea if they received your email. This would be very helpful on a customer perspective. If I’d known they had such a high volume of orders and interest I wouldn’t have panicked.

Unfortunately the package was damaged in transport. I would have liked the projector box, boxed again for shipping (there’s a trend everywhere now to reduce packing). Personally I don’t like everyone knowing what’s arriving and the damage to the packing almost look too vindictive to be accidental, but the leather box inside took the impact (but did dent). Without the second hard leather case the projector would have been damaged. Shame about the case so I’d prefer more shipping protection even if I’d paid the extra coins.

But they were amazing when they replied. Very helpful very apologetic and even offered a price/offer match on one of there later promotions and honoured a coupon that failed to work on ordering.

Overall the Projector is stunning even before you turn it on. The projection is stunning quality too. And can’t fault the customer service itself. Just a few technical niggles mostly IT that will be ironed out as they grow. I can see why they get the 5 star review here so if you initially panic like me just know that the SHOP app may not work correctly. And they did get your email. So don’t panic like I did.

So adding an auto email and a better tracking system than the SHOP app would help on the consumer side. But they deliver on all aspect’s.

No one else is close to the quality and product design (even Apple should be envious )

I bought Valerion VisionmasterPro 2 projector on EBay. The projector is the best in its class. Even better is Valerion’s support. They are very prompt and helpful.

I recently purchased the Valerion Plus projector, and I can honestly say the entire experience has exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

First, the purchasing experience itself was very smooth. The recent discount made it possible for me to choose Valerion, and it turned out to be a decision I’m extremely happy with. Communication was clear, delivery was well handled, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciated the option to activate the extended 12-month warranty, which gave extra peace of mind.

When it comes to the projector itself, the Valerion Plus truly feels like a premium product. The build quality is excellent, the design feels luxurious, and the packaging clearly reflects the care and attention put into the product. Once powered on, the image quality completely impressed me — vivid colors, strong contrast, great sharpness, and a very cinematic feel, especially for night viewing. My initial order (projector + screen) arrived only partially, which was disappointing at first. However, this quickly turned into a very positive experience thanks to Valerion’s customer support. The team explained transparently why there was a delay due to high demand, stayed in touch, kept me updated, and followed up proactively.

What stood out to me is that I never felt forgotten. Even during a busy period, they showed genuine care and worked hard to find solutions. The product itself is fantastically engineered, but the end-to-end experience — especially in these “moments of truth” — is what really builds trust.

I bought a Visionmaster Pro 2, a ceiling mount and a 150-inch screen from Valerion.

Delivery took some weeks, and then I had two showstopper problems. :-( The 180W power adapter didn't work properly (I think it was underpowered) and their shipping warehouse sent the wrong screen (the outdoor screen instead of the indoor screen).

However, their support was very quick and friendly, and they sent me a new adapter and a new screen quite quickly. They even let me keep the outdoor screen!

Now I've installed everything, and I'm extremely impressed with the build of all three items and their attention to detail. It's a fantastic projector in every respect (hardware and software), the mount is super well-built and classy, and the screen is cleverly designed and looks really really nice. I'm happy.

In short, this company is clearly trying to do the right thing, even if they seem to be having some challenges.

This company is truly exceptional and here's why. I preordered the VisionMaster Max in August after reaching out to customer support to ask about the timeline for their new flagship model. I was told to expect shipping around Nov/Dec, so I went ahead and preordered. Later, during Black Friday, I noticed they were offering a promotion that included a discount on the projector plus a bundle with one of their premium accessories: ceiling mount, walnut tripod mount, screens, etc. So I reached back out to customer support to ask about the discount and whether anything could be done regarding the bundle. NOT ONLY did they refund me the full discount amount, they also sent me BOTH the ceiling mount and Walnut Tripod! On top of that, they included a discount code for future purchases on their site, which I'll be using for an outdoor camping screen! This level of customer service is rare. Huge Thank You to Allen and the Valerion team for going above and beyond.

I recently purchased the Pro2 model and it's pretty great right out of the box. It's especially good in the daylight. Highly recommend for your home theater setup.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new Valerion Max projector. The clarity, brilliant color and the deep dark blacks (which are extremely hard for projectors to do) are all 10/10. But first need to comment on the amazing customer service too. Allen and the team were super responsive in helping me out with setup questions, ensuring I received all "early adopter" benefits and more. Just exceptional customer service and you can tell how excited they are to work there and bring these products to market. 10+ customer experience. But back to the projector: I have tried all types of sources (HD, streaming 4 k, HDR, and DolbyVision and the picture and sounds is unbelievably good with the projector recognizing all video and sound formats. This replaced my Optoma 4K laser projector and I use the new one probably for 3X the viewing as it look so good (Sports, movies and basic TV). Beats expectations and am blown away by how wonderful it is! And my wife agrees .... And can't wait to try the 3D with my family! 10/10. BUY IT!!!!

I was in doubt to choose traditional vs new company. I am glad I selected Valerion Pro 2. My family loved the projector. I was also in doubt because some post says rainbow effect and I know I am sensitive but with this projector I didn't notice any effect. This is great purchase for me and great time to have this one in holiday season. :)

I have a valerion vision master Pro 2. This projector was super good quality truly giving the cinematic experience with the quality. Thought it's a budget projector but not. It's up to the standards of high end projectors and compared with high end jvc. Apart of some noticable difference in dark scenes as I want to really compare frame by frame there isn't any much to worry. As part of routing viewing we can't even find the differences. Also the support team is really awesome to get an instant support regarding the speaker setup. Finally loved it

Coming from a Panasonic and a Sony 295es most recently a Sony325es, I wanted to try something groundbreaking.

The customer service representatives were thorough, answering questions in a timely fashion and doing an admirable job in light of inquiries and customers worldwide.

Of course nothing and no one is perfect including Valerion, their commitment to “making it right” is noteworthy.

Since receiving the Max, I can say with certainty, it has exceeded my expectations.

Not only does it measure up to the Sony 325es, once I tinker with the settings I’m confident it will surpass it.

I’m using an 11.2 sound system complete with Dolby Atmos using Totem speakers.
The experience is immersive and I’m chomping at the bit to try the 3d feature.

In my experience I thing the major brands
Get complacent and their customer service lacks due to it.

Now that Valerion has burst on the scene with the Max and transcended the “lifestyle” label, I believe they should be considered as a dedicated home theater projector as well.

It’s nice when things work out like they did in this instance. I gambled and won!

I had backed Valerion for the Max Projector Kickstarter. Overall, throughout the process the project progress was well communicated to the backers and the community. The projector itself is excellent with bright and clear projection, even with my older projection screen. I do wish it had horizontal lens shift though, as it has vertical shift. The support team is excellent with their replies and very customer centric in dealing with queries.

I've purchased a few projectors and a number of accessories from Valerion. Everything I have received have greatly exceeded expectations. Projector image quality is stunning on both Max and Pro 2. You will not be disappointed. I also have to say that I've never had better support from a company's team. They are attentive, considerate and always follow-up promptly. Cannot say enough good things about my entire experience.

The product is amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the LONG wait from the original KickStarter to actually receiving the projector.
