I have the Valerion Max and it is awesome! That is the greatest mass-consumer projector on the market. The joy it brings is unbeatable. Natural colours, bright image, very detailed picture on my EliteScreens Yard Master Plus 145 inch UHD-B. Enough power to make the experience on with Android TV smooth and pleasant. My kids, wife and myself a literally in love with it, and they ask me to turn it on always either with Netflix or Youtube. We have a direct led 43 inch TV from Sony, and comparing to it, valerian max is just a gem.

The VisionMaster Pro2 is amazing, I love it and it replaced my old 1080p projector perfectly.

Also I had a small problem with one HDMI port after 3 month (bad luck I think) and support was really nice and helpful, and they finally changed the whole projector. Thanks to them for their reactivity.

My Valerion VisionMaster Max has been such a nice surprise. The picture is super clear, the colors look beautiful, and everything just feels more immersive. It’s one of those upgrades that instantly makes watching anything way more enjoyable.

The Valerion team shows a true customer centric approach. Whatever problem you may have (even asking for a full refund), has been 105% solved without any issues. Customer response is quick and professional.

I have experience with BenQ and two Xgimi projectors, including the Xgimi Horizon Ultra. The latter is the one the Valerion is replacing, so the Ultra is my basis for comparison. Valerion clearly wins when it comes to contrast and black levels. I’ve had both projectors running side by side, and the difference in black levels is like night and day; where I was previously used to black being displayed as a dark gray, we’re now almost at something that’s actually black. Valerion is also noticeably brighter, which is a big advantage in rooms where it’s hard to control the ambient light. I suspect it's also an advantage when it comes to 3D content, because 3D-glasses usually darken the image, but I haven't tested that yet.

Another big advantage of the Valerion is the ability to adjust it with the adjustable feet and the lens shift option. One downside, however, is that there is “only” vertical lens shift and not horizontal lens shift as well, but it’s still more flexible to place than the Xgimi projectors I’ve had.

The build quality is also top-notch; it’s a very heavy projector, and you can think of that what you will, but you can feel that you’re dealing with an expensive product.

Where the projector struggles to be a noticeable upgrade over the Xgimi Ultra, however, is regarding sharpness. Xgimi is almost unbelievably sharp, and so is the Valerion—no doubt about that—but in certain scenes it feels as if the Xgimi is actually sharper. It’s not consistent; there are also scenes where Valerion’s high contrast results in a much more detailed and sharper image, but I have seen scenes where close-ups of faces just looked a bit sharper on the Xgimi than on the Valerion—even after tweaking the picture settings, including the sharpness. I’ve shown examples in the Valerion Facebook forum, and several people there believe that the Xgimi’s image is over-sharpened, so it may simply be a matter of taste.

Another area where Valerion does not outperform Xgimi is the fan noise level. In fact, it performs worse here. I suspect the decibel-levels are pretty much equal, but it’s as if Valerion’s fan has a higher-pitched sound than Xgimi’s, making it more noticeable. This is an issue at the brighter settings and seeing that the Valerion can get a lot brighter than the Xgimi, it does make sense that it makes a bit more noise but it needs to be mentioned. Both projectors are still to be considered quiet I suppose, but they can be heard in silent scenes.

Since I’m a Kickstarter backer, I got the projector for less than half of what it sells for now, and it’s an excellent projector for the price I paid (hence the 4 stars). But now it costs more than twice as much as the Xgimi Ultra, and is it twice as good then? Not in my opinion. Contrast, brightness, and black levels are significantly better, and if you don’t want to compromise on those, Valerion is the right choice. But projectors in the $2000–$3000 price segment have become so good that it can be hard to justify paying twice as much. In that case, the projector would need to be completely silent, offer both horizontal and vertical lens shift, and be unquestionably sharper than its competitors regardless of image or scene.

I've been in touch with their customer service twice and both times they've replied fairly quickly and were helpful.

The company responds, though honestly not instantly, but they are willing to work with you to achieve a solution. Their products are insanely impressive and fulfill your moviegoers needs.

Awesome projector. One of the clearest and brightest I have seen in my life. Set up is fool proof and very easy. Can't count the times my jaw dropped looking at videos on this projector. Highly recommended projector. Takes on most expensive projectors out there.

I loved the product - Valerion visionmaster Pro2. Build quality is awesome and the product has been shipped with great packaging quality. It met the timeline mentioned by the vendor.
My family were awestruck and are in love with the Pro2 due to its picture quality and felt the cinema live while watching it. Colours are awesome and it is great enjoy the movie the way it has to be - sitting at home but felt like we were in a theatre.

Contacted them regarding an issue with their website, they referred me to a solution in a follow up email and even offered me a free gift for my troubles. I purchased a Valerion Pro 2 from them, have not had any issues in the short time I have owned it 😁

I Was have problem with my Valerion Vision Master pro 2 it's WiFi and Bluetooth were not working properly but Mr Allen had guided me very well regarding this issue.

Customer service was really good. I received a new projector in a reasonable amount of time.

What A Excellent Product, right out the box a Excellent Picture but once you fine tweak it a Amazing Product. Made me move my JMGO Ultimate to a new location not saying Jmgo is bad because it's not But if you were offered A Benz or A Bentley Which One would you choose.. Love the contrast and the black levels enjoying every moment....So stay tuned for more reviews later in the future....
