I came across Valerion by accident in September 2024 and their Kickstarter campaign. As most people, initially I was very skeptical, after all new projector startups pop up very often on crowd funding platforms. After doing my research, I was more confident that this might be the actual DLP Projectors breakthrough we were waiting for.

I went ahead and bought 2 projectors on Kickstarter campaign at a significant discount. Delivery was a bit delayed, but the wait was totally worth. As soon I received the first projector, all doubts were instantly eliminated. Valerion is indeed the market disruptor with premium quality products and ground breaking propriety EBL technology.

I was amazed that Android TV is working flawlessly on Valerion projectors, with no sign of lag. Black levels are outstanding for the price and no projector I have owned before from other brands comes even close to the Valerion experience in general.

After receiving my second projector, it didn't take long to order the highest end model (Max) as well.

All I have to say is thank you Valerion for putting so much work and effort into these products and making premium projectors accessible to the masses for a reasonable price.

Outstanding Customer Service - Bob was very helpful in explaining about the product and felt the sense of caring for their customers.

Bought the Visionmaster pro2 on the official Valerion eBay page. Projector arrive in a couple of days. Unboxing the projector is a joyous experience and setting up is a breeze. I had a problem connecting to my wi-fi during the initial set up but reached out to valerion customer support and Allen answered almost instantly and guided me through the set up and simple fix of the problem . Picture quality on the Visionmaster is absolutely stunning . We put on avatar to see just how amazing it is and it blew me away . Im so happy with my purchase and grateful for the support from Allen in customer support in getting me all set up . Top marks all around .

They have been incredibly patient with me. Through my ignorance they provided valuable information, guidance, and superb customer support. I would recommend them solely based off how they treat their customers. Their projector is beyond perfect. Its the best thing the wife and I ever used.

Valerion has made an excellent product with the VisionMaster Pro2 projector. I upgraded from a 65" OLED to the Pro2 with their 100% ALR (fresnel) screen, and I while I still have the OLED TV, I have only used it once since receiving the Pro2, 5 months ago.

I have on a few occasions had to contact them for support, and they have always been super friendly and helpful and resolved all of my issues to my satisfaction and within a reasonable timeframe.

It’s one thing to take care of customers when your company makes a mistake. But what about when the CUSTOMER makes a mistake? I ordered a screen from Valerion as part of a bundle for a new construction home theater. According to my blueprints I believed the 180” screen would fit. As I progressed into construction I realized I was a few inches too wide for the screen to fit. I dreaded contacting customer support because I usually find companies to be great at selling but not so great at service after the sale. Valerion blew me away. They agreed to send me the correct size screen FREE of charge even though it was my error. I have seen so many good things about this projector, but when it’s coupled with a “surprise and delight” approach to service after the sale, I am now not only a Valerion owner, but a Valerion fanboy, too.

I have been a front projection home theater enthusiast since 2005. In that time I have owned projectors from InFocus, Mitsubishi, and several Epson units up to my recently retired ProCinema 6040UB, which I have loved for the past 4+ years. Then I came across the Valerion Vision Master Pro 2 and its glowing reviews and word of mouth. I decided to jump in on an introductory sale they offered online not sure if I was making a mistake or not...
I have a custom-built screen and used the lens shift and optical zoom of my Epson to allow for an expanded screen when watching 21:9 widescreen content versus 16:9 HDTV content. I was worried that the Valerion might not fill my needs for placement and viewing options. Then I set it up. The performance dropped my jaw. Literally, I had tested some favorite clips first on my Epson setup and then on the Valerion.
It was no contest. My Epson did a fantastic job in total darkness, but ambient light really started degrading the image in ways the added lumens on the Valerion did not suffer from. The image, with some ambient lighting left on, was brighter, puncher, and more impressive that anything I have seen in 20 years of home viewing.
Gaming at 120hz on the Xbox Series X was also astounding. The crispness of the graphics and seamless control response (virtually no input lag at all) was great.
In addition to the performance of the projector, its built-in Google TV was also impressive and allowed me to retire my Roku HD and a stand alone BluRay player as well. In the end, I am really impressed and satisfied with my purchase and responses from Valerion's customer service team. They have been prompt, thorough and kind throughout the process - especially because I made a mistake ordering and they have dedicated themselves to making my order right.
I really did not believe I would like the Valerion Pro 2 as much as I do, but seeing is believing for sure, and my family's response has been all I needed to know that it was not me convincing myself of something...it really is that good.
Fantastic product, topnotch service and definitely recommended for home theater lovers who don't see themselves spending $15,000 to get incrementally improved performance.

Excellent product. Excellent customer service. If they continue providing such service and keep improving the product , nothing can stop them from being #1 choice for home cinema projectors.

I’ve been using the Pro 2 for a couple of weeks now and have been really impressed — both by the projector and Valerion’s customer service.

I reached out about having some setup issues and customer support assisted me with quite a few options, including a Max Bundle upgrade for only an extra £1,750, which is a fantastic value considering everything included.

Awesome projector. The Pro 2 has been designed to deliver a truly cinematic experience in the comfort of your own home, and it doesn’t disappoint. Jaw dropping images with superb luminance and industry standard contrast. It’s even a feast for the eyes when it’s turned off, the classy design and build quality pays tribute to film making heritage. Made by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. got a great discount, because I didn't need the screen or the 3d glasses.

I got the pro2 within 5 days (I live in Denmark). That's pretty fast in my book. And the projector is working as intended.

The commutation/info was very good. I got answers the same day or the day after.

I had several questions prior to purchasing the Valerion Pro 2, as a replacement projector is something I had been considering for years but was waiting for the right option. Bob at Valerion answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful with aiding my decision process. I have since tested the Valerion Pro 2, and it is as advertised, and meets all the needs that I have in a projector, at a great cost.

Valerion MasterPRO2 product itself is well designed and packaged, first impression looking at the build quality of the product is nice.
Step by step instructions for the ease of installation are detailed.

Picture quality delivered my expectations during the day and in the night.
Customer support is excellent they clarified all the questions I had related to the product.
Packaged deal is amazing, get everything that’s needed in a single package.

Installed the product for a week and we are enjoying it, entire family loves it.

Let me start by saying the Valerion VisionMaster Pro 2 is, without a doubt, the best projector I've ever owned. The picture quality, brightness, and features easily surpass previous projectors I've had from well-known brands like BenQ, Optoma, and JVC. It truly delivers a premium home theater experience.

I recently purchased this projector and realized after the fact that I had missed out on applying the Prime Day discount. I reached out to Valerion's customer service expecting a bit of a process, but my experience was the complete opposite—it was fantastic!

I was connected with a support representative named Bob, who was incredibly efficient and helpful. He understood my situation immediately. Even though I didn't have my order number on hand at first, he was patient. As soon as I provided it, he resolved the issue right away and confirmed that the price difference would be refunded to my account.

The entire interaction was smooth, professional, and surprisingly pleasant. It's not every day you encounter such stellar customer service. A big thank you to Bob and the Valerion team for making this a completely hassle-free experience. I highly recommend them based on their outstanding support!

So it's been over 3 weeks now since having my Valerion visionMaster Pro2. The things that made me rate my experience with it a 5 out of 5 are as follows.
1. The product is superb IMHO. From packaging it comes in a nice protective carrying case, style of the projector looks premium, video quality is Amazing to me especially coming from a 1080p led projector. (Lamp life is weighted heavy for me I'm not into lamps that die and need replacing for hundreds of dollars only after 3k-5k hours. And the Pro2 gives 20k hours of light source. I love that!) Picture is crisp, black levels with EBL on is like a night and day difference from what I am used to. The speakers sound great for on board speakers. Would be great for most people who don't have home theater speakers. I was surprised at how good it sounded on it's own. (No it's not as good as having a home theater speaker system but it will get the job done for most.)
2. I bought on the Father's Day deal that offered the Pro2 with choice of free mount or stand (I choose the ceiling mount) + a free matte white screen up to 220" (I previously had a 100" pull down screen and found that the biggest size screen I could fit in my theater room setup was 135" so I got that)
3. Customer service was to notch! I was working with Ray and they made sure all my questions were answered. I saw that the following week valerion offered an even better deal that added 2 3D glasses to the bundle. I read that valerion will match any deals they are doing for 30 days so that you can but with confidence. I'm a big 3d fan so I reached out about the 3D glasses offered in the new deal and Ray promptly helped me get the 2 free 3D glasses shipped to me at no extra charge. I also found that Valerion was offering a $100 of any Valerion purchase of over $500. My recent purchase meet the criteria so I showed Ray the proof of this deal and Ray made that happen for me as well. I love their customer service.
4. Shipping was fast. I got my products at different times but all within about a week. And all in great condition because they packaged everything so well.

6. I love the quality of each of the valerion products I received. Solid projector mount, great quality 135" screen and each were relatively easy to put together. Each had clear written directions and online video instructions. The 3d glasses work great with the amazing 3d from the projector.

Although this can be ported around I have this set up in my theater room as my main projector and I am so happy to have made this purchase. The image it produces are so amazing that I'm going to upgrade my audio a bit more to do the image justice. Going to end up with a 7.2.4 system (currently have a 5.2.2 system).

This projector has truly upgraded my theater room experience and I totally recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new 4k projector. And if you can catch it on one of their sales like currently matching their prime deal as of 07/08/25 it's icing on the cake.

I was little skeptical in backing a kickstarter project but let me tell you it was beyond amazing experience. The support team was very prompt to answer any questions throughout the entire process. Coming back to the product itself, this projector (Pro 2) is a beast!! I have used many projectors in my life but I have not experience anything like it. The colors, contrast, brightness will blow you away. I also ordered Valerion White Matte screen and together with pro 2, its a match made in heaven. Valerion customer service doesnt stop delivering until you get the product in your hand, but they go well and beyond to clarify/ fix any issues you are having with your product. I can only say I am glad I made this decision to go with Valerion and I am hoping to continue this relationship for long! Good luck Valerion team!!

They've been very clever.
Come up with a good product, send it to a handful of people and then everyone else trusts what they see and hand over their money.
Now if you look across the internet you will see that thousands of people are being told that their projector is in their country, in the warehouse ready to ship - and then it never shows up.

They got people to pay an extra £150 delivery, on top the £50 they already paid, to have the projector delivered in December - and it's now the end of January and they still haven't received them.
Rather than supply tracking numbers for the £200 delivery they've paid for the communications from the company are unsurprisingly none at all.
I suspect they are still using sea shipping and just charging the £200 for air shipping as a way of getting yet more money out of people.

The product is undoubtedly real in terms of the few people who have had them - but theres a reason thousands of people haven't had them and are getting ZERO communication from the company.
Unless the company are going to start sending out honest communications then people need to not hand over money to this company.
