Reliable, organised and delivered the product. They even included a return instruction which is reassuring but nut required with my order for roof rails as they are now in place and seem perfect.

Damaged item. Order 3 items, 2 well packaged. However 3th which was in a separate box was damaged. The learning opportunity was that all 3 items could have been in the 1 very good box. The really disappointing part is the lack of a response to my email. So now I’m stuck with a £29 piece of damaged junk. Unlikely to do business with them again.

Following an order of rear blinds for a my Skoda, the clips provided didn't fit and one actually snapped. Following several e-mails and reassurance replacement parts were being sent, 3 weeks on nothing has arrived and communication has stopped. £50 down the drain.

Now resolved by a gentleman Daryl. Happy with the outcome.

Ordered parts for my Crafter. The parts turned out to be wrong despite being told they were definitely correct. Customer service is really lacking with no reply to emails. I had to return and foot the cost of postage despite it not being my fault. I’ve made a few purchases from Vanstyle and the items have been fine. They just have zero customer care when an issue arises which puts me off using them in future.
Again, this is how poor the comms is. I have explained my issue in the review and the reply below doesn’t sort my issues. I have also sent a separate email about this. I was sent the wrong parts and I’m out of pocket for postage. The item also didn’t include a storage bag like it’s supposed to.

Ordered a lower splitter for my T6.1, delivery was quick and item was supplied in a strong box with individual parts well protected inside with foam and bags to prevent them rubbing together and marking.
I already have this splitter fitted to my van but after a collision with a badger I need to replace one of the end pieces🙉
Thankfully as this is a 3 piece splitter , I don’t need to replace the entire thing.

Part didn’t fit, a better description on the website would have stopped me ordering after more checks . Returned at my expense, credit arrived within a week

The wheel arch protectors that In ordered have a offset in the moulding where one of the fasteners is located.
This makes it impossible to scomplete fittingecure the protector using the existing fasteners. I now have to tyr to source long fasteners and spacers to

Ordered Renault Trafic LED Door Sill Lights, the box looked liked it was old stock, one of the sill lights was bent and didn’t work! Emailed Elizabeth who requested pictures of the faulty item, since sending the pictures no replies to my emails, item not replaced and emails being ignored, terrible service and complete con artists!

Delivered promptly and a decent product for the money. A very nice bright red finish.

Great item with super fast delivery, however I brought the right arm cover and needed the left. I’m not sure it states it was for the right? Anyway it fits like a glove I just need the left side now.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered steps for a ford tourneo, they did not fit called up to be told they definitely will.
We advised it’s a long wheeled based and told yes no problem definitely fits!
So we paid a deposit and booked in for them to fit the steps for us as they defiantly didn’t fit (but we are no experts apparently van style are. I beg to differ ) on the 20th March ! This was a crazy 8 weeks wait! 13th May was the appointment, for them to then cancelled the fitting appointment on us the day before then rebooked for another 3 weeks later!! 4th June
Had to drive 3 hours, pay to stay over and also taxis back and forth to be told they don’t have the steps that fit the van!! So they are unable to do it! ( we told them this back in March they didn’t fit!
The money and time this company have wasted of ours is unbelievable! I am disgusted and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
Trying to call them and can never get through neither - no call backs
And the poor lady on the front desk is left to deal with all this and try and explain why they’ve have told us a load of rubbish and wasted so much time and money! Avoid at all costs unless you fancy wasting your hard earned cash and time!

Delivery, excellent, driver helped unload the side steps!
Information papers very blurred, hard to see the location images!
The 1st lug on the driver side was “very” difficult to locate, found a bent piece of rubber that helped locate the lug into position! Should have been explained within the info papers !

Item advertised as supplied with instructions, non provided and when contacted was told it doesn't come with instructions, replied with picture from the advert clearly proving it said they were provided and now they're ignoring me, very poor after sales so beware if you have any issues.
Finally replied repeating themselves that they don't come with instructions 🙄 change your advert/description then.

Swift delivery with good comms. Only place stocking particular replacement side bars for my t5 i wanted.
