Bonjour , j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un vespera pro il y a qq semaines et quel émerveillement ! Superbe machine et facile d'accès pour beaucoup . Meilleurs achat de mes 10 dernières années . Bravo à toute l'équipe et merci encore .

After a few kinks were worked out with the latest firmware update this telescope is a true joy to own. The automation in it is incredible from the autotracking, easy to use multi-night viewings and mosaic modes to the very cool app that supports it. The Pro even has a built in condensation heater to keep the dew away and keep it warm in the winter. A cloud comes by, it pauses, and resumes taking pictures once the cloud passes…you don’t have to worry about anything. The ability to bring the cosmos alive on your iPad and share it with others is awesome and very humbling as you start to explore. The price may seem high, but once you get to use this marvelous little machine, it will quickly become the best money you spent on a piece of technology. Hats off to Vaonis for brining the cosmos to your doorstep with no fuss or muss, even my 11 year older old can use it easily! You can tell someone that really knows this hobby went through and designed a telescope that pretty much eliminates all the things you have to worry and stress about if you do this the old school way. The filters, through pricey, are worth every penny. I love the nebula shots I get with the nebula filter. Can’t wait to see how you continue to evolve this technology in the future. Everyone should own one of these. The wonder and awe it creates and the connection it gives you to the universe is worth every single penny, and plus, is looks damn cool!

It wasn't for me and I am trying to return it for a refund, but I can get no help from anyone despite repeated calls and emails about where to send it back and how to effectuate the return. On line it says to send a form for the return that can be found at the end of the terms and conditions, but it's not there.

As a newbie, I see here great value for money compared to complex settings usually required for professional astrophotography.
Pictures are good to very good and the tracking works great and this with a minimum of efforts.

Fast and friendly support from the company when one filter arrived not properly mounted.

However, I could have easily given 5 stars if the interactions between the telescope and the remote control (iPhone and iPad in my case) weren't so unclear and the Vaonis web site so poor in practical information.

One has to dig into various forums or go on FB and instagram to "quickly" find the community who could provide tips and explanations. Maintaining a forum or a FAQ on the Vaonis website would be a game changer.

Most annoying for me are
- unclear process for opening / closing the arm
- when pictures failed to be taken, recording stops with no explanations (any log somewhere?) and the arm of the telescope remains open
- it is often unclear to me whether the telescope is doing anything when I reconnect with my phone
- the file naming and folder management on the telescope could also be more straightforward. What can be or nor deleted?
- the database of object to be seen is also not always consistent: what you might be advised to see one evening might not be in the database used to plan your night

And many more questions that will eventually find some answers, somewhere on social media while a proper FAQ could be very helpful.

Suite à un problème afférent au bouton marche arrêt et à des déconnexions aléatoires sur un Vespera Pro sous garantie, Les services d'après-vente ont été au top de l'accueil, de la réactivité, de la compétence, de la technicité, de la prise en charge et du suivi post intervention. Satisfaction pleine et entière Bravo.

Je n’ai pas été livrée à mon adresse, et le SAV refusait de me renvoyer un article ou de me rembourser — sous prétexte que le colis avait été "livré avec signature" (signature qui, bien sûr, n’est pas la mienne).

Surprise surprise : le colis aurait été déposé dans un point relais, mais entre le 22 janvier et le 24 février, personne – ni Vaonis, ni UPS – n’a su me dire où il se trouvait.
Et comme je ne l’ai pas récupéré à temps (comment aurais-je pu, vu que je ne savais même pas où il était ?), il a fini par être retourné à l'entrepôt.

J’ai été remboursée après plus d’un mois d’attente, et — bien évidemment — sans aucune excuse de la part de Vaonis :)

À noter que je n’avais même plus envie de recevoir l’article, vu les réponses du SAV… Ce qui est bien dommage parce que l'article a l'air d'être bien ^^

SAV condescendant , ne connaissent pas les produits qu'ils vendent ; se trompent dans les informations données et ne s'en excuse pas .

Ils refusent de respecter la garantie de conformité qui est de deux ans . Ils me reprochent de me réveiller tard mais quand on est handicapé comme je leur ai dit j'ai eu d'autres priorités dans ma vie , surtout que la garantie comme dit est de deux ans je peux même me réveiller au bout d'un an et onze mois si je le désire . Je leur ai envoyé les photos des coques non alignées et présentant des taches noires incrustées dans le plastique et le tout sans la moindre marque de chute par exemple ou de rayures preuve que cela est d'origine . Leur réponse : on peut bricoler vos coques pour les réaligner mais on les changera pas à moins de vous faire un devis ... Ne dépensez pas votre argent chez eux allez chez la concurrence moins onéreuse avec un réel suivit de leur produit et un sav digne de ce nom . J'ai dépensé 1700euros pour le vespera 2 avec le pied (car a ce prix oui il n'est pas fournis ni même un câble usb c) . Ils n'auront gagné qu'un signalement à la DGCCRF et auprès de leur revendeur comme astroshop : car on m'a aussi dit si vous n'êtes pas content du produit débrouillez vous avec astroshop ou revendez le . Super SAV vraiment à fuir !

My 15-year-old son purchased a used Vespera Pro. he could not get it to initialize. We contacted Vaonis, and got a response the next day. After sending pics of what was happening, they quickly identified the problem for us.

So I have to be honest I first got a see star s50. It was cool but the image quality was not good at all. I had looked into the Vespera series but the price was a little intimidating. So I decided to return the s50 and fully commit to the Vespera pro. (It had just come out so there was very little known) but the image quality etc were extremely appealing. After 1 use. I have never looked back. The image quality is as good as any premium set up (which can cost upwards of 3x this price) and the ability to have multiple people observe together was so fun. I’ve taken friends out to the desert and enjoyed the stars for hours and hours. Exporting a stacked JPEG for immediate viewing is amazing, watching the real time stacking is a wonderful feature and the ability to export raw TIFFS for deeper editing in Sirill is amazing and top quality. Buying this was amazing, the company handled everything with care and got the unit to me within 3 days from ordering. Absolutely top quality. The unit comes with all the goodies required. And I’ve had 2 small issues that were resolved IMMEDIATELY. I had a squeaky tripod they replaced immediately, and I had a small issue with the focusing issue from shipping to fixing to returning it took 1 week. The support team was constantly in communication with me, advised me of every step, and made sure my unit was handled with care as was I! I can not thank this company for its amazing product and service enough. 10/10, 5/5 the highest of highest reviews.
