Excellence et simplicité
La gamme Vespera est d'une simplicité d'utilisation sans pareil et fournit des images de belle qualité grâce à une optique de bon niveau. Les algorithmes de réalisation temps réel de mosaïques et d'empilement multi-nuits sont en avance sur la concurrence. Et le SAV est vraiment au top.

Vaonis Support no matter who I have dealt with has been very responsive and have answered every question I have had. They have gone out of their way to accommodate very specific asks and requests, and customer service like theirs is rare and they should be commended.

Vaonis Vespera II
The Vaonis Vespera II which I received could not focus on DSOs. When contacted, the company said it needed repair under warranty and sent a label for shipping at no cost to me. Wisconsin, USA to France and I had the V2 back back in under two weeks. My first night out I captured Bode's galaxy and the Cigar galaxy in great detail.
My experience with Vaonis was excellent and I am excited to see what I can do over the next few months with this wonderful piece of equipment.
I highly recommend the Vaonis Vespera II and the support staff at Vaonis.
Vaonis customer for life!
I have a Vaonis Stellina that is about three years old. I had an issue with the telescope during the most recent update. They paid for shipping and repaired my telescope. Best customer service ever! It’s good to know there are people that still back their product. I’m a customer for life.

Typically, dealing with any customer service can be somewhat of a hassle. Vaonis on the other hand, was the opposite. Everything went very smooth. There were no issues. Right from the initial call through the repair and having the item returned back to me. It all went seamless. Clear communication is always important to me and Vaonis was very clear. Thanks again Vaonis team.
It was a tricky problem
It was a tricky problem, an intermittent issue that required two round trips for the telescope (USA to France) and a lot of head scratching by Vaonis technicians before it was resolved. Throughout the process Vaonis customer support was great, keeping me very well informed.
Excellent products and customer support
I have owned the Vespera electronic telescope for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about it. The telescope itself is a joy to use due to its simplicity, portability, quick set up time and amazing images that it can capture. Since I originally purchased it there have been a number of great enhancements that have been introduced at no charge through updates to the Singularity APP. It's a product that just keeps getting better over time! My experience with Customer support has also been excellent. Questions that I have submitted have always been been replied to in a very timely manner with very helpful answers. I have been involved in astronomy for over 40 years and have a number of telescopes but I now use the Vespera more than any of the other scopes.

Mon Vespera Pro est tombé en panne de motorisation, après un diagnostic via les logs, Vaonis a pris en charge la réparation sous 1 semaine. juste une info le carton d'emballage est a garder pour ce genre de problème
Vaonis has the best tech support
Vaonis has the best tech support I've ever encountered. I contacted them on March 9, 2025 and described the optical issues I was having with my VPro. After a couple of emails regarding my issue, Agnes sent me the UPS return label to have the VPro shipped back to France from California. I shipped the VPro on March 20, received the VPro back repaired on April 10. Wow, that's only 3 weeks from CA to France, repaired and sent back to CA. Remarkable! Thanks Vaonis for the quick repair, I was expecting it to take at least 6 weeks, cudos to Vaonis tech support!

I used the Vaonis Hestia Ultimate Kit…
I used the Vaonis Hestia Ultimate Kit together with a Hestia premium tripod to image the partial solar eclipse at 1 minute intervals, on Saturday 29 March 2025. We were blessed with clear skies and I found Hestia easy to use with the Gravity app. on my Pixel 8a smartphone. The app. created a timelapse movie immediately after the event, for sharing with friends. Great product and easy to track and use.
Excellent piece of equipment
I want to thank everyone at Vaonis for this excellent piece of equipment, Vespera 2. It has been far better than I ever expected. I live in a town with lots of lights and street lamps everywhere. Despite that, I have been able to take wonderful pictures of nebulae, galaxies, solar eclipse, etc. More than that, Vespera has functionalities I did not even expect, like mosaic mode, multi-night photo sessions, and so on. The quality of the pictures taken is of professional quality. Occasionally, there is noise in the pictures, but I have noticed that when shooting in mosaic mode, noise hardly appears. So once more, thank you very much.I can sincerely recommend the Vespera 2 telescope to everyone. This text is not an advertisement even it may sound like it, but a genuine opinion."

Je commande un filtre Dual Band pour mon vespera, pas de bol, les étoiles sont déformées. Vaonis me reprend le défectueux et renvoie 1 filtre neuf. Même chose. Vaonis renvoie 1 neuf. Incroyable mais vrai, 3eme filtre avec une déformation.
Vaonis me propose de contrôler mon vespera, hors garantie, pris en charge par la boîte !
Test chez vaonis, contrôle du vespera et renvoie chez moi... Tout fonctionne impeccable.
Un sav à la Frenchy, de nombreux mails avec de ma part la transmission de quantité de données et des aller retour par mail, une prise en charge optimale.
Je ne regrette pas mon choix de la marque VAONIS.
J'en parle autour de moi, et je reste astro amateur ravi de cette petite lunette... Merci vaonis et Cyril Dupuy !
