I have never had a single problem with vape society supplies. They have always been extremely nice and right on time. Now the coupons could use a bit of work, I have to say. They never seem to work for me but their prices are cheap enough to offset that period try and find all of the flavors in one spot at that price and you will be searching for days! I absolutely love VSS ❣

That one star is being generous please do not buy anything from this place they never sent my order to gave me full refund. They never replied to my emails and it's the worst company I've come across online totally thieves !
Go local to buy your e juice and vape products this company is not worth it I called the better business bureau on them so hopefully enough people will complain and we can shut them down. Thanks for nothing but a headache and a waste of money and time . Jerks

Buyer Beware! I placed my order May 9, received it June 18th. Like everyone else, multiple calls and emails to "customer service" (they obviously have no idea what customer service is) without one response. I am truthfully shocked I did receive my order, but I would NEVER use this place again. Horrible!

Ordered on May 1. It's now June 17 and still have not received it. I have called and emailed, and nothing. My order said completed on May 3. Shipping is supposedly from onelivex and I have tried to contact them too, but nothing. I will never order from them again.

Same as everyone else unfortunately. I have order from them in the past but this is the last time. Ordered the 4th, money taken out the 5th, multiple emails, multiple phone calls, and nothing. Left my name, order number, and best phone number in voice mail as instructed and absolutely nothing. I’ve escalated the issue to my bank to start the investigation process and retrieve my funds. STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered over a week ago and nothing from them other than when the order was placed. Really wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering. How are these people still in business? The vaping community is huge around here and I will recommend everyone to not use them. It's horrible and you can't even get anyone on the telephone for any confirmation either. Step your game up!!!!

I ordered on 05/24. It was still processing as of 06/01 and I emailed them. Nothing. I emailed them again on 06/03 and 06/04 and called 3 times w/no answer. I started reading these reviews and filed a credit card dispute w/my bank on 06/04. I received a shipment notice email on 06/11 and received my order today 06/15 (I'm in Georgia). The order is incomplete! I'm missing one 120ml bottle of vape. I emailed them (and forwarded it to my bank) to let them know they need to either send me the bottle or refund my card and they emailed me back that they would give me store credit. OMG like I want to go through this again?!

Very poor service this go around I left message on their voicemail as well as sent email they took money out out my account and I never received a order in process or anything … do not order from these people .. I want it known I did leave my number requesting a call back regarding my shipment but I have yet to receive a call ..

!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on June 3rd. The money came out of my account on the 4th. Still in processing. I’ve called probably 50 times emailed 4 times. You can’t get anyone to return your calls or emails. Pretty sure they are taking peoples money and running. This is the most unreal thing. I’ve ordered from this over the past years and never had 1 issue. Looks and sounds like there belly up! I hope everyone that has lost money can get it back.

As of 6/16/21 my order has shipped. Says it will deliver 6/21/21. I’m thankful to be getting my things I’ve ordered but I will never order from this company ever again. Still no return call/email on saying what the issue has been. Horrible customer service.

I'm having the same experience as everyone else. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered. I've sent several emails and called twice leaving my info. About to dispute my order. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!

i disputed my charge after 15 days of my order not being delivered with NO TRACKING NUMBER or anything. got my money back, about a month now and i still got my order 🤷🏽‍♀️ not happy but happy i got it for free

Up until this last order placed May 31st things went well. Now this last order has been stuck in processing hell for a little over 2 weeks. I am seeing a lot of similar issues from the reviews here and it makes me wonder if they went belly up. I will give it a couple more days but after that I am gonna contact my CC company and see what can be done to get my money back.

Never order from them. I Ordered from them and no response and no shipment. They will not respond to emails or calls. Not sure if they went out of business or what.

Ordered my stuff about a month ago, never received it. I emailed them twice asking what is going on and not one response! They used to be reliable but apparently something has changed because the last few orders have been a huge disappointment!

Placed my order on May 25, I have not received any shipping notification. I have tried emailing, no response. Called and left voice mails, no response. I finally reached out to my bank a couple days ago to dispute the charge. Now they all of the sudden sent a shipping email; however, the tracking information does not work. Save your money and save yourself a headache.

ordered on may 30th and after a week its still processing, reached out to support no answer. I've emailed them and called them and still nothing, i dont why they are doing this i would order from them before with no issues. what a shame

Pretty sure I got ripped off. I’ve ordered from there before and I received my package, with some issues once. I ordered several weeks ago, and I have never received a tracking number or any kind of confirmation. I left emails and messages through their phone line, and never a response. And I noticed today it says that they are permanently closed. I feel like they are probably burning more than just me. Terrible. Hope I’m wrong. If so, it’s good that they are out of business! So, I did finally get my product. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, but it seems to of gone downhill.

I ordered May 18th and I'm only now recieving my ejuice 6/12 because I told them I was going to report them as fraud on CC. Do not order from this place they can't do their job. Everyone who has not received an order from them call your CC company and report them as fraud.

I’ve order from there before with pretty good luck. I placed my order 4/24/2021 and i still haven’t gotten it 6/10/2021. They haven’t responded to my emails. It shipped but the shipping company told me that my package was returned to them. I started my charge back today through my bank. Hopefully I can get my $137.89 back.
