I have ordered from VAPE SOCIETY before and although it took a little while to get my order I still got it, but this time it's been 15 days and is still processing. i to have called a number of times and emailed with not one response. Not sure if it matters to them, but they lost another customer. I would like to have my money refunded, but at this point I'm not counting on it.

WOW THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN DONT SEND YOUR PRODUCTS. THEN PERMANENTELY CLOSE..WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS..

I order almost a month and a half ago. They got their payment but I never received what I ordered. I called left messages. Sent emails and messaged on Facebook. Still nothing..When I was a manager of a vape shop for 5 years if an order was placed it was filled and shipped within 3 days..SAD SAD SAD excuse for a vape shop.

I ordered they took my money but no product was ever sent. I have requested a refund but no response. I have reported them to my bank, BBB and consumer affairs. Total scam and they should be a shame.

Never heard anything from them, on the website my order has been "processing" since then.

No replies to calls or emails.

Chargeback instituted this morning to get my $137.43 returned.

Other companies are shipping with adult signature proof required, why aren't these clowns?

UPDATE 6/16/21

Finally received a signature request slip from my mailman to pickup an item requiring an adult signature. It was FINALLY my order from Vape Society Supply. I ended my chargeback and paid for my order. I never received any answers to my support ticket or phone calls, so I don't know what the cause of the delay was. Will I order from them again? Probably not as due to their lack of customer service I found another company that was equally inexpensive and had responsive customer service. Sad, as VSS was my go-to company before this last order.

They’re not allowed to ship because of strict federal Biden policies. I’m glad I only got screwed out of 60 bucks lol

This company is trash. If there are any issues there is no way to contact them. I've waited 2 weeks to get a shipping confirm and still have nothing. Disputed charges with my bank.

I ordered on May 24th over 2 weeks ago. My order still hasn't shipped. I've called literally over 100 times, I've left messages, I've sent emails. No return phone call and no replies to my emails. This company has gone straight down hill. I'll NEVER buy from them again !!!

Used this company for almost a year with no issues, my last order was may 22nd still havent received my order have tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone, and seems like I'm not only 1 do not use this site you'll just be losing your money.
Update received tracking number on 11th package arrived on the 14th thru usps not sure what issue they were having but just responding to thier customers about late shipping would have been nice 23 days after ordering to receive items, hope everyone else receives thier orders also.

DO NOT buy from this website its going on 1 month since I first placed my order still haven't recieved any tracking info or any info on whats going on they have yet to respond to my emails they do not answer their phone dont waste your money go to elementvape.com which will be my go to from now on

Ordered on May 16th and never received my order. Says still processing

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Its been almost 4 weeks and have not received my juice. I have left tones of voice-mails and e-mails and have not heard back. Don't wast your time or money!

Same thing ordered 5/20/21 email after email, call after call and crickets. I suspect they’re trying to cash in. Calling my card company now to do a chargeback. Stay away vapesociety has gone bust. But they will gladly take your orde

I placed my order on 5-20-21 and have NOT received my order my card was charged on 5-24-21. I have left numerous voicemails and sent emails regarding this with no response. My husband also placed an order on the same day and has NOT received his order and his card was also charged.

Ordered 5/21 and never got my order. Stay away from ordering from this scam company.

Took my money and ran. Thieving scum! Order placed on 5/22. Same results for all inquiries. CRICKETS. Buyer beware, this place is a burn. This is my 4th order with this site in the last 3 months and the service has gotten progressively worse over that time. Had to go purchase what I already paid these crooks for 2 weeks ago. Next stop BBB
UPDATE 6/11 After 3 weeks I finally got a response. The order moved from processing to "pre-shipment" which means they printed a shipping label, but haven't actually shipped my order yet. I order from ejuices.com 3 days ago and that order actually shipped yesterday.
I contacted the juice manufacturer that I ordered and let them know that vapesocietysupplies.com is charging cards and not shipping orders, or returning calls and emails. The juice manufacturer referred me to vapesocietysupplies.com from their website, so i let them know and they contacted vapesocietysupplies.com on my behalf and zi finally got a response. I'll feel better when the juice is in my hand. I will never order from this crappy operation again, I would advise you to do the same. THEY SUCK

Same as everyone else: placed my order on May 20 and IT’S still processing on June 5th!!? I call BS. 6 emails, no response, 3 voicemails, nothing! I believe this company has shut down but is still taking orders and ripping us off. I will dispute the $60 they took from me with my CC company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My first order came great. Never place a second order from them.
I ordered on May 20 and it was supposed to ship by May 23. It is now June 5 and still says processing. I have contacted them 3 times with no response. Don't call, it just goes to their voicemail. I am out $60 with no Vape juice from them.

Someone said they finally got a response after posting here, so I am going to try that.
Here is what is says at the top when I go to my Orders: Order #2270968 was placed on May 20, 2021 and is currently Processing.

Same as the rest, I have been a customer of Vape Society Supply for 3 years and never had an issue. My latest order placed on May 18th is still in processing. No response from multiple calls and emails. Gonna call my credit card company and mark this company off my list.

Do not order from here any more. Period.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I never received my order or any kind of response from countless inquiries. Save yourself the headache.

Same issue as everyone else. $100 order on 5/18.. no updates, emailed on 5/27, no response.. called on 6/1, went to voicemail.. no response.. called again today, went to voicemail.

I suggest anyone who's made the mistake of ordering from VSS contact your bank/credit card and request a chargeback.
