AVOID SCAM SITE -- I orderd 8 days ago and have received no update on my order. Only way to contact them is through submitting a contact request. Waited 24 hours and all i got was an email asking me to review the recent support I received. I have not received any support at all. Ive asked for a refund and still no response. Looks like a great cheap site but its a SCAM!!

23 days now since I placed the order. item still isn't even trackable in the uk. Very very little response from customer service and they lie about being based in the UK as their web address states Vapesourcing uk.. they aren't. they even have the outright cheek to send me a message yesterday saying just be patient ... most replies I have from them are nothing more than " its been posted" I will never use them again. I am more than happy to wait if need be for an item but at least give good customer service explaining reasons.

Awful service, order 2x hookah lit 150k puff vapes, first thoughts they was okay but then started to notice how quick the battery drops, guessing must be at higher watts, but couldn’t take it out with you as a vape really as wouldn’t last very long at all. Then next problem, the liquid capacity kept dropping dramatically fast for a so called 150k puff vape, I only was using them inbetween each other charge cycles etc, as they took hours to charge, but yeah both 150k vapes, so up to 300k puffs supposably ran out in 2-3 days tops, and considering I paid nearly £50 for 2 of these is very very disappointing, that both of them together couldn’t even out run a 6k vape on its own for me.

Best online vape company I've found, been with them for over a year now. Dicount codes work a treat and delivery is quick as well

Ordered Vaporesso XROS Series Corex 3.0 Replacement Pod Cartridge (4pcs/pack) 3ml, item arrived via Royal Mail in 5 working days and tracking order was easy. This is second order placed with Vapesourcing and I will be using again, the reorder discount covered postage so price was same as local vape stores with the added bonus of getting 3ml pods and not 2ml offered by local stores for same price. The pods are of excellent quality.

I'm not going to sugar coat my review.
I am a long standing regular customer.
My choice of vape is limited, I guess I'm fussy.
80% of the time my choice is available.
Everything is great, sometimes I feel delivery time may be slightly better but that's me being particular 😂

Companies great delivery got damaged while on way messaged and it was sorted joey your one in a million thanx for sorting vape are gd and prices you can’t beat with quick delivery

I had ordered just a week before christmas, and as an email from them stated within 7 days it was ready for delivery.
However the delivery company had then lost my parcel, and it is only because vapesourcing started an investigation I actually then recoeved an email to say it is ready cor collecting.
I have used vapesourcing for all my yocan products and comms can be slow, but they have always helped me in the best way possible

Hello, I wrote to you before I am still on the reviews. I need some help with getting a refund of my 35.00 USA or get my product. I placed my order on October 30,2025 I have emailed many times and it’s on its way and they tell me to be patient, I order many items from China and never had this issue. It is now January 8,2026 and still nothing any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for reading my complaint.

Positives: Quality of vape is very good. Dispatch was incredibly quick.

Negative: Ordering on-line wasn't easy. Having recently moved house I couldn't remember if I'd changed my address with my bank - I needed to make 3 attempts at purchasing before the AVS was satisfied. Each time the purchase form completely reset, I was unable simply to change the address, I had to enter the whole order from scratch each time.
This meant that there were 3 pending transactions on my bank account, I felt confident that only one would go through but for a period it appeared that I had been billed twice.
I contacted support, praised the quality of the items and the quick dispatch, explained my grievance and asked for a refund of the second payment.
Supports' response was CURT. I would say rude. No 'hi' to begin, no 'regards' at the end just 2 insanely short sentences telling me that I was wrong and to contact my bank. They were correct, I had indeed only been charged once. But the tone of the response was RUDE.

been waiting for my order since the 24th december its now the 31st december they have said the item has been shipped to me but when royal mail say it was going to be delivered yesterday on the tuesday 30th december the item now says on royal mail tracking that its being returned to sender and i have tried contacting them they have messed me around since not giving me a straight forward answer. this company is stupid and should be shut down

Excellent service,fast postage and good customer service

I ordered some voopoo pods. I was given a tracker number and a link that didnt work and sent me to a different shipper. I finally got another link from them which has said for 3 weeks that its ready to ship. It should have been shipped and be with me by now, i deal with shipping from china daily and have never heard of any other company wait over 3 weeks to leave the warehouse. Will never use again. All i get from the chat is its international shipping i understand that but its a lot slower if you dont send it.
Update after 4 weeks i emailed the tracker and got this information.
I ordered a package from vapesourcing i was given this tracker number LR687611883NL it told me for 3 weeks it hasnt left the warehouse yet. Now it tells me nothing. Can you help or is this a scam that you have seen before.

Strongly recommended. My friends recommended vapesourcing to me as they are happy with their experience using their products so far. I have made my first order (Yocan Orbit vape pen). However, there was some issues with the battery. I reported this to the customer service team. They have immediately sorted it out and sent me a replacement device within a few days without any additional cost. This time the device is working perfectly. Thanks to Joey from the customer support team to sorting it out promptly. I am really content with the customer service team & their products.

Yet again not disappointed with my vapes quick delivery always on time when expected love the flavours and the strength in the vapour great company will continue to order every month will go no were else
