Ordered a StormX 30000 0.5% nicotine, a 2% (20mg/ml!!!) version arrived. No warning, no corrections, no emails 4x nicotine content, unusable. On all the product page is listed 0.5% nicotine everywhere: pictures, description, picture of product selection, specifications, everywere! Yet they sent this 2%...

Also shipment took 7 days, for 8,5£ (11€)

After doing much digging VAPE SOURCING LTD who is owned and is run by Ms Yulan Shu who also runs vapesourcinguk on the side but try's to keep his/her name away from vapescourcinguk as there nothing but scamming people,royal mail's name is also being used on their tracking system but funny thing is,you can clearly see that there not connected to royal mail, there's always a red triangle saying that vapescourdcing is not connected with royal mail due to internet issues or something to that effect and its been like that for ever which is hilarious that they still even use it.
This site use the excuse that they posted the order out so to them thats good enough,they tell you that over the chat system they have and therefore thats the end of the matter,which again is absolutely hilarious that they think thats ok.

Ive asked for the address of the warehouse where supposedly my order is still sitting there for well over 2 weeks and he just ignores me and says wait another 5 days. Chinese "company" (not really a company) scamming the UK people out of their cash,this site needs to be shut down

This dude will NOT give the address of his so called warehouse or even the phone number,in fact he gave me a city of the so called warehouse and its in china but not the actual address,what are they afraid of ?.

And as of 23/09/2025 still not recieved order,you will be stupid to order anything from this SCAM site,they are just low life CHINESE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

I am still waiting for coils, juice & nico shots, i had to email them so many times and no help, it would of been so much easier, cheaper, and quicker to go to my local vape shop, when I ordered they never told me nothing was not in stock apart from nico shots. Coils have been in a warehouse for 6 days and only on the 15.8.25 did I get an email saying do I want to cancel juices. Please be very wary of ordering of this company, I am still waiting for coils , haven't a clue when they are coming.

Worst customer service i have ever encountered.

Absolutely terrible.

They sent me a product that will not even switch on.
After 3 weeks of emailing them and waiting 24 hours for them to reply each time, i still have not made any progress. I have provided them with about 4 different videos as evidence that the product is faulty as well as all the other info they asked me for... I have received no return address to send the item back. No refund and no replacement.

Also. These guys are posing as a UK company but they clearly are not.

UPDATE.

Eventually after a whole month I have received a replacement for the faulty item they sent me... I am very happy with the item. So it's a plus that i did not get ripped off. But it does not change the fact that the customer service is terrible. 1 month and 28 email interactions to sort out a return for a faulty item. Really???

Needless to say, I would never use this company again.

Order my item DID not recieve it , PUT WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER WITH THE WRONG NAME WAS SENT MILES AWAY AND WAS TOLD BY THEM TO GO AND COLLECT IT I TOLD THEM IM DISABLED DID NOT GIVE A SHIT. TOLD THEM EITHER SEND A NEW ORDER OR ISSUE ME WITH A REFUND NOT TOTALLY IGNORING ME

No problems. Prompt dispatch and delivery and the products do as they should.

This company have no customer service in the uk. I ordered 2 items and noticed i had not received a tracking number after days if waiting. I then attempted to contact customer support and it took 8 hours to get a reply, they told me my first item was out of order could I change the colour so I responded and it then took them another 8 hours to respond and tell me my other item was out of order. I have then replied and said just send the 1 item and refund the other item and its taken another 8 hours for a reply and my items have still not been dispatched. Its been over 7 days and my items have not even been dispatched. It says UK but most the products are coming from china with 7-14 day delivery slots and at this rate im never going to get my items. Terrible service and poor communication

My delivery took 2 weeks to arrive and when it finally did my vape started having a horrible burned state after 2 days
I have ordered many times and it was always great experience but my last 3 or 4 orders has had a minimum of 1 faulty vape

Made a few orders through Vapesourcing but after I received a faulty JNR media max vape I won’t be ordering from them again.
Sent them a video clip of the unresponsive screen and asked for a replacement but they didn’t want to know. Not a good way to do business

Placed an order over a month ago. Still not received it. The company are now no longer responding to any communication. Had to get a refund from my bank! Avoid at all costs!!!
