Trui valt te klein bij normale Nederlandse maten, producten komen uit China. Bij retour krijg je een mailtje met retourinstructies naar een adres in China, retourkosten zijn voor jezelf

Mijn aankoop kwam zonder duidelijke uitleg uit China. Kwaliteit echt slecht. Duurde 2 weken. En doordat het veel te klein valt moet ik het terugsturen naar China met veel moeite. Ik kreeg een aanbod van 25% van het aankoop bedrag. Dan hoefde ik het niet terug te sturen. Schande. Echt!!! Nooit meer!!!

Part 2 of my experience with this company…after taking the time and at my expense I returned the item to China as instructed before they would issue a refund. Today I had the parcel returned to me with the explanation from the Post Office that it had bounced back from the address that I had been given.
Dodgy company?…VERY!

Täysin vastuutonta kaupankäyntiä. Laitetaan hienot kuvst joilla tuote saadaan myytyä. Kun tuote tulee asiakkaalle on se täysin toista laatua ja erilainen, mitä kuva kertoi. Koen tulleeni huijatuksi, koska tuote ei vastannut sitä mitä mainoksessa kerrottiin. Tulen tekemään tästä yrityksestä rikosilmoituksen siksi, ettei kukaan muu menisi tähän huijaukseen enää.

DO NOT buy from this business. I purchased a lovely plaid, pink blue and white, lined with 4 pockets. I was sent a completely different item that you wouldn’t even wear around the house. This company wanted me to return item to ASIA at my expense. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and am receiving a refund.

I ordered a fleecy jacket from this company that was pink, blue and white with tortoise shell buttons. I received a very cheap looking pink and white fleece with black buttons that I wouldn't even wear as a dressing gown. Apparently a boutique in Canberra. Online shopping from a very cheap Chinese company. Complete scam. Have sent email, still waiting on a reply 😡

Absolute Frechheit! Ware kommt aus China (kein Wort auf der Website, die sich „vella mia“ nennt. Erst wenn man auf den Support klickt erscheint Vellana)
Ware sieht komplett anders aus, minderwertige Qualität und riecht stark nach Chemie!
Wenn man zurücksenden möchte, heißt es, dass man den Versicherten Versand nach China selbst bezahlen muss! Würde mich 22,50€ kosten! Alternativ bieten sie 10% Rabatt an 🤮

Achtung es handelt sich hier um Fälschungen die aus China geliefert werden, Waren sehen total anders aus als auf den Abbildungen im Internet!
Waren werden wegen scheinheiligen Begründungen nicht zurückgenommen!

They are not what they represent themselves to be. They guarantee full refund etc. which they refused for a $69.95 dress. Told me to pay postage only$19.95 for another item. A black cotton dress. The dress arrived after several weeks 95% Polyester, 5% spandex, unwearable. They refuse any further help. Not an Australian company, I feel sure nothing to do with Canberra either. Worst shopping experience ever $90 lost. Original order 16/12/23 arrived mid January. Replacement order 19/01/24 arrived 6/02/24 wrong garment.

They are a scam. The photos they show of the clothes are really nice but what you get is inferior quality. They make out they are an Australian company they are not they are from China. I have sent at least 6 emails asking for my money to be refunded. First they offered me 15% and keep the dress. I don't want the dress I wouldn't even wear it as a nightie. They keep telling me I have to send it back to Chinaand I have said I will NOT send it to China and as it was inferior I shouldn't have to pay for return postage. Anyway they keep sending me emails saying they are very sorry that I am not happy but they are learning by my feedback but nothing happens I'm still waiting for them to mention my refund.They write all nice things and beat around the bush but they don't mention refunding. This lot should be closed down

Flexible Cargo Pants

Firstly, I was charged more to my credit card than the amount advertised and written on my invoice in Australian dollars. I sent an email to their customer service and did receive an email about 10 days later. I would say it was written by AI as it didn't actually address my concerns just stated I'd been charged in USD so what ever the exchange rate was that day was what I was charged. They would not address that I was invoiced in AUD so there should be no exchange rate.

When the item finally arrived, about 3 weeks later, it was not made of the same material in the photos or video. It was much thinner and shinier, absolutely not suitable for casual day at work, more like at home casuals or to do a quick shop at the supermarket.

The size is also about 2 sizes smaller than Australian sizes. It has an elastic waistband so it does stretch but the material pulls and is uncomfortable to wear. The length is also too short. It does not measure to the length measurement provided in the sizings table on their site.

When I contacted them about the material and size, I received another AI response offering me 15% refund and I get to keep the item. It was written as I should be a happy customer as I get a partial refund AND get to keep an item I can't wear. I have written to them again, but have had no response.

I would stay WELL CLEAR of this site! No more 'late night' purchases for me. I am currently in contact with my bank to continue with my request for them to intervene...I don't hold much hope.

**Follow up on the original review- after the initial offer to receive a 15% refund and keep the useless item…I have NOT received a response to my emails. Even their offer to make their unhappy customers’ happy isn’t worth the page it was typed on.
Disappointing.
When a site puts an Australian name in it’s title or implies it is Australian, I suggest checking reviews before ordering…I will be more thorough from now on.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

Tilaukseni ei näyttänyt menneen läpi joten tein sen uudelleen. Lopputuloksena kaksi tilausta. Ilmoitin Vellanalle tilauksiin liittyvät tiedot, haluavani perua vahingossa tehdyn tuplatilauksen ja pyysin siitä rahat takaisin. Olen saanut useita kohteliaita viestejä, että asia hoidetaan mitä pikimmin, mutta mitään ei tapahdu. Sain yhdet farkut (kaukana siitä mitä odotin) kaksien hinnalla. En tilaa enää koskaan mitään Vellanalta.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I did not get the item that was advertised. They advertised a cotton jumpsuit. It was not cotton. It was not the same style. The colours were not the same pattern as advertised. It will cost me almost as much to return the item as cost me. The site I purchased from advertises it is located in Canberra but I was charged in the Netherlands which means I also paid extra international fees. I consider this company to be a scam. Avoid at all costs
