Just took whole day off work only to be called at 3.30 pm that technician can't attend. This company took over Busters Group locally who provided much better service. Can't even re-book when you ring the main number, utterly ridiculous set up. Recommend using alternative company as they too big to care.

Great service
Matt from Vergo came out today to deal with a wasp nest in our loft, a week after being let down by the company we originally booked with, not once but twice.
He arrived when he said he would, was respectful of our property, explained the process clearly and answered all our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks, guys

Highly recommended, great service!
Initial visit happened a day earlier than expected and Mark Donaghy arrived to sort out a wasp nest that we had in our loft. He carried out this job with military precision. Very professional service, and dog friendly chemicals were used which is importantly to us. I would highly recommend this company and if needed in the future, we would definitely use them again. 5 stars all the way.

Jack and the support team were brilliant
Lisa, Jon and Rachel on the helpline were all incredibly helpful. Jack conducted a site visit within 24 hours of reporting the issue, and within a few hours of us requesting a follow-up. I was able to ask follow up questions of the report, and was given a lot of time and patience and additional insight and advice. I was also issued with a follow-up report within a couple of hours of this conversation. Jack and the team have been thorough, accessible and responsive start to finish.

5 year pest issue!
Iv had an ongoing pest issue of micr and rats for 5 years. Iv had multiple pest companies come and go....however paul Benson from vergo has been a ray of sunshine in my darkest and most triggering and traumatic time. I have 2 kids and am petrified as many are. But he is a calm in my storm and he is helping me get to the bottom of it and I'm so greatful! GOD BLESS HIM X

Mark Donagly = highly recommended
Mark Donagly visited me to investigate a rodent issue which had been a recurring problem for a few years. I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. He is very professional and courteous and really invests his knowledge and expertise into not only eradicating the problem but finding the root cause and dealing with it. Other companies have been to visit my property in the past when the same problem rodent problem has arisen and quite simply they did not come close to the service Mark offered. I would not hesitate recommending Mark and his company, and I am pleased to report that I have had no further problems.
