Best Technical/ empathetic support I have EVER experienced
To be honest, I was afraid of the entire process, I’ve been out of the uk since 2003 and travelled extensively since 1974. So, yeah, this guy was amazing, helpful, empathetic (even if it was false it was valued) and target driven. This person should be fast tracked on management and also crises management- natural.
